With the exploitation of the oil and gas resources,the energy of stratum decreased gradually,the way of exploitation also has changed,Oil flow production gradually transformed into artificial lift.There are two ways of artificial lifting oil,pump extraction and gas lift,pump oil extraction is divided into rod pump and rod free pump.Rodless pumping technique has occupied an extremely important role in petroleum industry.Almost twenty-five percent of the world's oil wells are used for rod free pump technology.Because the deep pump setting depth,large formation pressure and high temperature in deep and ultra deep well,traditional oil production equipment has low reliability and low efficiency,and they can't work well in the deep and ultra deep well.The hydraulic piston pump has a strong adaptability of wax well,heavy oil well,inclined well and horizontal well,so large number of hydraulic piston pumps used in deep well ultra deep wells.The main disadvantages of the hydraulic piston pump are the complex structure low reliability and not easy to manufacture.In this paper,we made a new design and comprehensive analysis and research of the hydraulic piston pump under the complex condition of deep well and heavy oil,the main work of this paper:(1)The hydraulic piston pump has the characteristics of complex structure and low reliability,in order to improve that,we design a new hydraulic piston pump with the characteristics of simple structure and strong reliability.(2)Based on the production conditions and formation parameters of Tahe Oilfield in Xinjiang,related parameters are determined through calculation including head displacement stroke and Structural dimensions of key components.Power fluid pressure,pump displacement,power fluid flow,leakage efficiency and power are also calculated in details.(3)By using ANSYS program to make the analysis of forces and strength checkout of key parts of hydraulic piston pump,the results show that key parts of hydraulic piston pump satisfies the design requirements.(4)We made the Simulation analysis of Hydraulic piston pump system by using AMESim program,and get the working cycle diagram of hydraulic piston pump,analyzed the effect of single parameter on pump efficiency,the two types of hydraulic piston pump,the traditional and the new were compared and analyzed from the single parameter on pump efficiency.(5)This topic used FLUENT simulation technology for numerical simulation of the third channel of the hydraulic piston pump,analyzed the characteristics of internal flow field at different opening conditions reforming the structure of the runner with the simulation results.By contrast to the flow field characteristic of improved structure to original structure,results showed that the improve scheme were effective and feasible.This paper presents a new scheme of hydraulic piston pump which can work well in deep well,design and calculated the core parts,simulation analysis on the hydraulic piston pump system and the flow field.The results from the studies has important application value,and important guiding significance of the further research on hydraulic piston pump.
