Objective:A Chinese herbal hair dye with gardenia black as the main dyeing ingredient was developed.Methods:1.Determine the maximum solubility and absorption wavelength of Gardenia melanin by single factor experiment 2.Select the best Gardenia black dyeing process conditions by L₉（3⁴）orthogonal design 3.Study the Gardenia black concentration,time,temperature and the best temperature,pH value and mordant of Gardenia melanin and Fe²⁺dyeing by single factor experiment 4.Use nanometer.Comparison of Embedding Technology and Gardenia Black Solution5.Experimental Study on Skin Sensitivity of Gardenia MelaninConclusion:1.With Gardenia black as the main dye component,tea polyphenols as the fixing agent and eugenol as the penetrating agent,the traditional Chinese medicine plant hair dyeing agent can dye human white hair fibers brown-yellow.The optimum dyeing process under orthogonal design experiment is 45℃,18 h,Gardenia black dyeing concentration 25%,pH 4.2.Using nano-embedding technology,Gardenia under the optimum single-factor dyeing process,Gardenia fiber can be dyed brown-yellow.The dyeing rate and fixation degree of sub black nano liposome solution were lower than that of Gardenia black solution.3.compared with gardenia black+Fe²⁺dyeing experiment,pure Chinese medicine Gardenia black solution had better dyeing effect.
