With the popularity of electrical equipment in life,electrical fires occur frequently,which bring great harm to people's life.In order to reduce the event of electrical fire,it is very important to develop the Electrical Fire Monitoring System,monitoring of electrical fire information of each node in the circuit system.Through consulting relevant literatures,this paper has understood the current commonly used electrical fire detection technology;Introduces the research background and research status of Distributed Electrical Fire Monitoring System;The principle and process of electrical fire caused by short circuit,bad contact,long time overload and excessive residual current are analyzed;The scheme of collecting circuit information by temperature sensor and residual current detector is proposed;According to the national standard and the requirement of the consignee,the design index of the Distributed Electrical Fire Monitoring System is established.In this paper,the overall scheme design and certification of Distributed Electrical Fire Monitoring System is carried out,and the scheme of using data record file to establish database is put forward,which provides a new idea for the development of WinCE system database;The working principle of temperature sensor and residual current detector is studied,and the data acquisition module of Distributed Electrical Fire Monitoring System is designed.The hardware platform of Distributed Electrical Fire Monitoring System was built,and the selection of industrial tablet computer,monitor,temperature sensor,residual current detector,micro-printer and graphic display device was completed;RS-485 ModBUS communication scheme is adopted to allocate the communication interface resources of TIPC8000-104AD industrial tablet computer.Completed the software design of Distributed Electrical Fire Monitoring System,including Fire monitoring module,Data Management Module,Alarm Module,I/O Interface Module;The reasons of omission and false alarm in monitoring system are analyzed,and the buffer byte judging mechanism is put forward,which greatly reduces the rate of omission and false alarm;Using data record file to establish database,realize the data management of user,alarm and fault;An automatic backup scheme for data recording files is proposed to solve the problem of file damage caused by forced shutdown of system hardware;Queue technology,notifier technology and producer-consumer model are adopted to realize multi-thread synchronization,which solves the conflict problem caused by multiple threads accessing key resources at the same time.The prototype of Distributed Electrical Fire Monitoring System is tested.The prototype realizes all the functions of the design indexes of the electrical fire monitoring system;The test results show that the alarm and fault response time meet the requirements of the national standard and the entrusting unit.
