Cultural relic building is an important non-renewable cultural resource of mankind,which has immeasurable artistic and scientific value.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of fires caused by electrical faults has caused great losses to many valuable cultural relic building.Therefore,it is of great social and historical significance to carry out the research of wireless electrical fire monitoring system to improve the level of fire prevention and control and to ensure the fire safety of cultural relic buildings quickly,accurately and efficiently.Through in-depth research and consulting literature,this paper proposes a design scheme of electrical fire monitoring system based on LoRa,which consists of temperature sensor,residual current transformer,electrical fire detector and monitoring host.In the part of hardware system,the circuit diagram of electrical fire detector,wireless communication circuit and monitoring host are designed,including MCU,power supply circuit,alarm circuit,interface circuit,wireless transceiver circuit,keyboard and display circuit,and PCB board making of hardware system are carried out.The software system adopts top-down modular design.The software flow charts and programming of field acquisition and monitoring layer,wireless communication layer and host receiving and displaying layer are studied respectively.When abnormal leakage or short circuit occurs in the circuit,the electrical fire detector can collect and process data in real time.The alarm signal is uploaded to the host through wireless transmission.The function of alarming and recording and printing historical data can enable the duty personnel to make judgment and take measures to prevent the occurrence of electrical fire as soon.After the design of the hardware and software system,a prototype is made,and the hardware and software functions are debugged.The test results show that the wireless electrical fire monitoring system has the advantages of low-power consumption,high sensitivity,long communication distance,stability.In view of the false alarm phenomena often occurring in the practical application of the wireless electrical fire monitoring system,this topic collects the alarm data of the wireless electrical fire monitoring system on a cloud platform,puts forward the prediction of the electric fire alarm results based on the support vector machine algorithm,chooses the radial basis function and optimizes the parameters through the grid search method,establishes the model and trains it.Simulation.Through the fitting curve and error analysis of the predicted value and the actual value,it can be seen that the model achieves better alarm prediction effect and effectively reduces the false alarm rate of the radio electric fire monitoring system.Finally,the improvement of the algorithm and the influence of the distributed capacitance of the equipment on the false alarm rate are discussed.This paper provides theoretical and practical significance for the prevention and control of electrical fire in cultural relics buildings by studying the wireless electrical fire monitoring system.
