The charged water mist vibrating wire grating dust removal technology is an efficient dust removal technology integrating water mist,static electricity and vibrating wire grating dust removal technology,which can effectively collect fine dust in gas.In this paper,the experimental study on the droplet charge and dust removal efficiency under the no-load condition of the charged water mist vibrating wire grating is carried out.The conclusions are as follows:The charge of the droplet under the ring electrode: the farther away from the nozzle position,the smaller the charge is;the larger the diameter,the larger the charge;the power of the thorn is not large,and the increase of the charge with the length of the thorn is first decreased,then increased and then decreased.The two electrodes are slightly larger than the charge of one electrode,but the charge range is much smaller;the optimal parameters for the ring electrode are: spray pitch D=100mm,electrode ring diameter ?=130mm,diameter thickness F is 3mm And there is no thorn,the number is one.The charge capacity of the droplets under the rod electrode: the longitudinal arrangement is larger than the lateral arrangement;the finer the charge of the corona rod is,the larger the charge is;the charge of the droplet is from the largest to the smallest in the order of the "?" shape> "?" shape burr > no burr;the length of the thorn and the number of thorns have little effect on the charge of the droplet;as the distance between the electrodes increases,the charge of the droplet increases;the charge of the two electrodes is high.The droplet charge of one electrode;as the pitch of the nozzle increases,the charge of the droplet decreases first and then increases;the optimal parameters for the rod electrode are: the longitudinal arrangement of the corona rod,the diameter of the diameter F=3mm,6 "?" shaped thorns,thorn length L = 10 mm,electrode spacing 85 mm,set 3 electrodes,spray pole spacing D = 150 mm.The charge capacity of the droplet under the square electrode: as the size of the square electrode increases,the charge of the droplet first increases and then decreases;when there is a burr,the charge of the droplet is small,and the discharge intensity of the electrode is weak;With the increase of the jet pitch,the charge of the droplet increases;the range of the corona voltage increases first and then decreases as the pitch of the jet increases;the charge of the two electrodes is higher than that of one electrode,and The voltage can operate stably over a larger range.For the droplet charge test of the square electrode,the optimum parameters are: side length 100 mm,spray pole pitch 100 mm,and 2 electrodes(pitch 85mm).Comprehensive comparison,in the best of the three electrode structure parameters,according to the discharge strength of the electrode is: square electrode > ring electrode > rod electrode.Therefore,the prismatic electrode with the optimal parameters was selected for the dust removal efficiency experiment of the dust collector model.When the voltage is the same,the dust removal efficiency of the charged water mist vibrating wire grid decreases first and then decreases with the increase of the inlet wind speed;when the inlet wind speed is the same,the dust removal efficiency of the charged water mist charged water mist vibrating wire grid increases with the increase of voltage.Big.For the dust removal of the charged water mist vibrating wire grid,the two vibrating wire grids are more efficient than a vibrating wire grid,the dust removal efficiency is increased by 2.34% on average,and the dust removal efficiency is up to 99.10%.
