| The vibrating grid filtration with charged fog combined with charged fog and vibrating grid filtration is a modern high-efficiency technology for dust-removing, especially for the fine dust particles. And it has advantages of simple structure and low expenses.The paper has studied on the precipitation mechanism of charged fog and obtained the efficiency formulas. After introducing the basic theory of corona discharging and induction charging, the paper summarizes the influence factors of precipitation efficiency of charged fog. This paper has analyzes the mechanism for the vibrating grid filtration.It was examined for the droplets charging characteristics under the plate electrodes and round electrodes, dust-removing efficiency of vibrating grid filtration and the influence of the filtration with charged fog. The experimental results show that the average CMR of droplets under round electrodes can achieve 3.5×10-4C/kg. The precipitation efficiency increases with the increase of CMR or decrease of droplets diameter. The dust-removing efficiency can get 99.5% when the wind speed gets 16m/s. For fine dust particles, it can get 98.3%. The resistance of the filtration is 745~1130Pa within the wind speed of 12m/s and 16m/s. |
