Years of sewage treatment plant production and operation and technical management work,I paid much attention to the sewage treatment plant water quality problems.At present,the sewage treatment plants in villages and towns mostly serve for industrial parks.The water quality and quantity vary greatly,and the water quality is relatively complicated.The water quality control of the influent water is the key to ensuring the discharge standard.Therefore,the pretreatment of the sewage by the external piping outside the plant is particularly important.The article focuses on the pretreatment technology of pesticide production wastewater.As a highly polluting industry,the pesticide industry produces agrochemical wastewater during its production process.These wastewaters contain refractory organics,have high chroma,and are highly biotoxicity.The impact on the villages and towns sewage treatment plant with a small daily processing capacity is extremely serious,and it is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive to recover.In this article,the effects of coagulation sedimentation,iron-carbon micro electrolysis,Fenton oxidation,anaerobic-aerobic biochemical treatment on pesticide production wastewater were investigated for pesticide production wastewater,and the process combination was carried out.Under the comprehensive consideration of CODcr removal rate,biodegradability and treatment cost,to determine the optimal operating conditions for the pesticide production wastewater treatment process.In the study of wastewater treatment by coagulation sedimentation method,the effects of main factors such as initial pH,dosage of PAC and dosage of PAM on wastewater treatment were investigated,and the optimum technological conditions for treating wastewater by coagulation and sedimentation were determined.The initial pH=7,the dosage of PAC is 2g/L,the dosage of PAM is 4mg/L,and the removal rate of CODcr can reach 41.7%.In the study of iron-carbon micro electrolysis treatment of wastewater,the effects of initial pH,aeration amount and reaction time on the treatment effect of wastewater were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:initial pH=4,aeration volume is 2L/min,the reaction time is 100 mins,and the CODcr removal rate can reach 29.7%.In the research of Fenton oxidation treatment of wastewater,the effects of initial pH,hydrogen peroxide dosage and reaction time on wastewater treatment were investigated.The optimal oxidation conditions were determined as follows:initial pH=3,and the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 10ml/L,the reaction time is 80 mins,and the CODcr removal rate is 33.5%.For the biochemical part,by the means of culture and domestication the anaerobic and aerobic bacteria,through anaerobic and aerobic biochemical treatment,the removal rate of CODcr can reach 67%.In this article,the experimental research data is used to guide the engineering application.For a certain chemical enterprise in Jiangsu,the pesticide wastewater with high CODcr content and poor biodegradability is comprehensively treated by physicochemical and biochemical combination process.The CODcr is reduced from 2500mg/L to 224.8mg/L.The CODcr removal rate is as high as 91.1%,and the effluent data meet the requirements for external piping of the sewage treatment plant.
