China is now transforming from a manufacturing country to an innovative country.This innovation and reform of petroleum machinery equipment has become a trend in today's society.This means the oil pumping unit is the core of the whole petroleum machinery industries,so it is necessary for oil pumping machines to have more in-depth research and innovative design.This paper's current view shows that with field mining depth increasing,not only does the mining difficulty increase,but also the energy consumption of the pumping unit will increase,which seriously affects the efficiency of pumping unit.The planet's gear that installed in the planetary shaft let gear ring slider vertical movement in the cooperate guide rail.This mechanism plays an important role in reversing the negative effect.Gear ring slider mechanisms will be effected by a variety of load and constraints in actual working conditions,even its own vibration.This action creates a bending deformation,thus affecting the service life of the pumping unit,and possibly lead to serious accidents.So the design of the gear ring slider mechanism is good or bad,directly related to the safety of the new type of pumping unit.This paper interprets the gear ring slider mechanism of the vertical planetary ring type pumping unit mainly through the following aspects:First,this paper introduces the structure of the new type of pumping unit,explaining in detail the commutator principle and the reversing process of the gear ring slider mechanism by comparing and analyzing their characteristics.This paper examines the reversing method to pumping units in the common market,while on the one hand,also understand the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of pumping unit.Second: the article introduces the gear ring slider mechanism modeling,which includes a parametric modeling method introduced in detail.If we refer to mechanical design and material mechanics theory to calculate and determine the key parameters of the key component of gear ring slider mechanism(planetary gear-inner gear ring).Then design the lubrication system of the gear ring slider mechanism.Through compare analysis with the advantages and disadvantages of several schemes to improve again,then choose the reasonable feasible scheme.Finally: through ANSYS this paper analyzes to the key components of gear ring slider mechanism(planetary gear-inner gear ring),verifying the reasonable design of the tooth ring slider mechanism.Through modal analysis of the key parts of gear ring slider mechanism made with finite element software,This paper seeks to understand its vibration characteristics and the inherent frequency included.This analysis provides theoretical reference to further improve the vibration problem of gear ring slider mechanism.
