Research On Cost Control During The Construction Phase Of JT's High-purity Hydrogen Project

The total estimated investment of JT’s hydrogen project in feasibility study is about 29 million yuan.The actual total investment amounts to nearly 40 million yuan,which exceeds the estimated budget by 11 million yuan,or 38% of the total estimated investment.The construction schedule of hydrogen project is 14 months,and the actual construction period is 22 months,which exceeds the original schedule by 8 months.Therefore,it is of great significance not only for enterprises,but also for the future application practice and follow-up study of cost control of chemical engineering project construction.According to statistics,in addition to the cost of land,construction cost for the installation of the development cost of 70 to 80%,is the priority among priorities of cost control.In view of this,this paper focuses on the management methods of cost control and analysis techniques,in-depth research,according to the particularity of the construction of chemical project,describe the influence factors of cost control and the existing difficulties.Focus on solving the problems of construction organization design,assessment system optimization,cost awareness,resource control,information sharing and cost deviation in construction phase management.Combining with the example of cost control of hydrogen project,this paper analyses the current situation of cost control of hydrogen project,and expounds the existing problems during construction.Starting from the organizational structure of the project,the responsibility division of cost control,bidding management and change management,this paper puts forward measures to improve the cost control in the construction stage of the project,and uses the quota collection system to reduce the waste of project resources,uses earned value method to analyze the cost deviation in time,and promotes the advanced BIM technology.In order to achieve the goal of cost control on the premise of quality,schedule and safety,JT company should establish an information management platform.
