China has now become the largest country in automobile production,if there is no advanced technology and equipment,it will seriously restrict the development of China’s automobile industry.With the rapid growth of the penetration rate of new energy vehicles and the rise of new car-making forces,the competition in the automobile industry has been further intensified,which has brought great challenges to the operation of J enterprise.J enterprise is an advanced enterprise of domestic and even global machine tool manufacturing enterprises,and its construction of automatic stamping production line project is a stamping production line ordered by BYD Auto Company to expand production capacity and seize the market.In order to meet the challenges,the fully automatic stamping production line project built by J enterprise will be conducive to improving the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the project investment scale is large and the construction cycle time is long,which is easy to lead to cost overruns and schedule delays of the project.Therefore,in the process of project implementation,the effective control of progress and cost is the key to the project cost control of J enterprise.In the face of J enterprise automatic stamping production line project is prone to cost overruns,project delays,the current cost control method can not change this situation.Therefore,this paper defines the construction cycle of J enterprise automatic stamping production line project as three stages: production line design,material procurement and production line construction.In the process of writing the paper,I collected a large number of literature materials about cost control,analyzed the current situation of the project cost of the automatic stamping production line of J enterprise,and found out the problems existing in the project cost management and control of J enterprise.Through the use of earned value analysis method,the budget cost of the project planned work volume,the budget cost of the actual completed work volume and the actual cost of the actual completed work volume from January to December 2022 were measured to find out the deviation.Targeted proposed J enterprise automatic stamping production line project cost control improvement measures,including improving the cost control organization,the establishment of project personnel training and exchange system,accelerate the project cost control information construction,strengthen the whole process cost control,strengthen the performance appraisal system.Through the above measures,J enterprise automatic stamping production line project cost,schedule control has achieved obvious results.By using the earned value analysis method to carry out cost control analysis on the project of J enterprise,find out the causes of deviation and take corrective measures,on the one hand,it can effectively control the cost of the project of J enterprise automatic stamping production line,improve the market competitiveness and promote the healthy and long-term development of the enterprise,on the other hand,it can effectively control the project progress of J enterprise automatic stamping production line.Improve the on-time completion rate of projects,customer satisfaction,research results can provide similar industry enterprises with relevant project management experience and methods for reference.
