Alginate is a kind of marine biomass polymer material.Alginate fiber with sodium alginate as spinning solution has become a key area for scientists to study marine materials in the 21 st century.Alginate fiber has good biocompatibility and bio-cocoa.Degradability is an excellent environmentally friendly material. However, the alginate fiber produced by the wet spinning process has many limitations in the large-scale production and manufacturing process, and the glycosidic bond in the sodium alginate macromolecule is easily destroyed and degraded. In addition, the pure prepared calcium alginate fiber cannot exist in alkaline and salt solution for a long time, which limits the use of alginate fiber in the field of textile clothing. In this thesis, the biodegradation process of sodium alginate spinning solution in the dark environment was studied, and the biodegradation mechanism and inhibition method were explored. At the same time, the modification study of calcium alginate fiber was also carried out in order to solve its non-resistance to salt and detergent. The research content of this paper is as follows:1?The degradation process of sodium alginate spinning solution in dark environment was studied. The main factors affecting degradation and the mechanism of biodegradation were discussed. The viscosity, molecular group and molecular weight of the sodium alginate solution degradation process were characterized by digital viscometer and GPC.The G/M value of the degradation process was tested by NMR.The results showed that the viscosity, molecular weight and G/M value decreased gradually during the degradation process. The characterization by FT-IR spectroscopy showed that most of the characteristic absorption peaks of the sodium alginate spinning solution did not change, proving that the molecular group did not change, and only the cleavage of the glycosidic bond occurred. The breaking strength of the fiber was tested and the degradation mechanism of sodium alginate spinning solution was preliminarily studied. The results showed that the alginate lyase produced by the microorganism was the main factor affecting the degradation of sodium alginate, and the sodium alginate spinning was obtained. The degradation of silk liquid seriously affects the mechanical properties of alginate fiber.2?The use of sodium tetraborate and sodium alginate for cross-linking modification was carried out to prepare salt-tolerant and wash-resistant polyester alginate fibers. In this paper, the modified alginate fiber was characterized by infrared and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the modified seaweed was studied by observing liquid absorption, fiber calcium ion content, fiber breaking strength, fiber and spinning solution micromorphology. The salt tolerance of the fiber was resistant to detergents. The results showed that the modification of alginate fiber by sodium tetraborate could improve the degree of crosslinking and crystallinity of seaweed fiber, thereby reducing the damage of alginate fiber structure by calcium and sodium ion exchange in physiological saline and detergent, and contributing to seaweed after soaking. The breaking strength of the fiber and the maintenance of the fiber morphology significantly improved the salt and detergent resistance of the alginate fiber.
