Die assembly is an important part of product manufacturing process.The quality of assembly process directly affects the final forming quality of the formed parts.At present,for the die with complex structure and high assembly precision,physical prototype method is usually used to design its assembly process,but complex assembly can not be completed at one time,it must be repeated assembly and modification design,and the modification process depends on the physical model.This kind of complex work makes the assembly process extremely complex,and causes a lot of waste of resources,resulting in a long assembly process and high cost.Aiming at the above problems,this paper takes MJ1504 wiring shell as an example.Firstly,the structural and technological requirements of the plastic parts are analyzed.The forming process parameters of the plastic parts are determined by means of the orthogonal experimental optimization algorithm through the die flow analysis.Several main system parameters and characteristic models of the forming die are studied and designed,and the size of the forming parts of the core cavity is calculated.Through the finite element analysis,the forming process parameters of the plastic parts are determined.The load of the cavity is analyzed and checked,and the working process of the die opening and closing is determined.Secondly,the collision of the forming parts is detected by the axially aligned bounding box,the reason why the die can't open and close normally is analyzed,and the expert database of the solution plan is established by the decision theory.The angle between the axes of the space is checked to determine whether the interference occurs or not.The eye tracking technology is used to collect the trajectory of the user's gaze points in the area Finally,an immersive intelligent assembly platform for complex die assembly is developed by combining virtual reality technology with Unity 3D engine and using HTC vive Pro device.The user interface and its disassembly and assembly sub-modules are developed by combining C# with UGUI system,and embedded in the platform.Based on visual and tactile feedback technology,a collision interference prompting system for model assembly was developed,and the parametric redesign function of parts of platform and UG NX software was realized.Through the virtual reality platform built in this paper,the designers can carry out perceptible verification of the rationality and standardization of the design of complex injection mould products,the feasibility and difficulty of assembly,which make up for the deficiencies of traditional design and simple CAD design that can not immerse in interactive design.
