| Over the past 30 years of development,LC tobacco company has always been brave in reform and forging ahead,and has made gratifying achievements in deepening internal reform and improving its operating capacity,laying a good foundation for its future development.In particular,since 2008,we have seized the historic opportunity of the development of new tobacco regions,taken the initiative to follow the trend of development,fully exploited the advantages of late development,and promoted the development of enterprises with the flue-cured tobacco industry as the priority.In recent years,the pressure on the whole tobacco industry has become more and more obvious with the increasingly strict implementation of the national tobacco control policy and the long-term excessive inventory of tobacco leaves and cigarettes nationwide.How to grasp the development trend of the global tobacco industry and China’s tobacco industry,analyze its inherent advantages and disadvantages,and make corresponding strategic choices is an urgent problem for the company’s top management and employees.Using relevant strategic management theory knowledge,in combination with working practice,on the LC city tobacco company’s actual operating environment,internal resources and capabilities,on the basis of investigation and analysis,put forward the response to market competition and realize the goal of "bigger and stronger" development strategy,the LC,can play a positive role in the development of the tobacco companies,the tobacco companies for similar LC city strategic management to provide some reference. |
