Research On Site Selection Of C Company's Relocation And Reconstruction Project

Any new or expanded production and service organization will inevitably face the problem of project siting.It not only involves the scale and speed of investment,but also directly affects the operation cost of the production and operation process and the cost of providing products and services to the organization in the long run,thus affecting the performance of the organization.Enterprise relocation is an indispensable whole process for an enterprise to move its existing production base out of its original region according to local socio-economic conditions and urban planning and other conditions to find a new region that meets its own production and operation needs and future development.Generally speaking,the process of enterprise relocation mainly includes project planning,project approval,project implementation,project management and project improvement.The site selection of modern enterprises is not only related to the major decision of industrial layout and economic benefits,but also involves various factors of economic and non-economic interests.Therefore,the site selection of a factory should be based on the comprehensive evaluation of various influencing factors to choose the best site.In addition,the site selection is also an important part of enterprise construction,which is related to the rationality of long-term operation of the enterprise in the future.After 25 years of development,C company is unable to further improve product quality to meet customers' requirements for special specifications.In addition,company C is located within the second ring road of the city.Safety,environmental protection,transportation and logistics have seriously restricted the normal operation and development of the company and do not meet the requirements of urban development planning.Therefore,the possibility that C company wants to carry out technological transformation and capacity expansion based on the current site is zero.To survive and develop,the relocation and reconstruction of C company is imminent.This paper takes the relocation and reconstruction project of division C as the research object to study the location of relocation project of division C.Firstly,the research status of relocation site selection of domestic and foreign enterprises is summarized,and the basic concepts,principles and methods of project site selection are analyzed.Secondly,the current situation of relocation and reconstruction project of company C is summarized.Then according to the principles of siting evaluation index system,the siting evaluation index system is determined.Finally,based on the prospect theory,the evaluation indexes of relocation and reconstruction project site selection of C company are fully calculated and analyzed,and it is concluded that the relocation and reconstruction project site selection scheme of C company is scientific and reasonable.On the basis of referring to a large number of literatures on site selection theory and combining with the actual needs of company C's relocation and reconstruction project,the study on site selection can not only comprehensively consider various factors,but also has some exploratory research methods with theoretical and practical significance.
