Based On The Web, It Is Suitable For The Design And Realization Of The Office Automation System Of Offshore Oil Company

In order to improve the office working efficiency,modernize the office system and effectively enhance the existing office automation system,the author was responsible for the office automation system optimization project of China National Offshore Oil Corporation,Shenzhen branch(hereinafter referred to as CNOOC Shenzhen branch)in 2018.The author writes this paper in combination with the practical results from working experience.According to the company intermal business requirement,this paper updated the existing NOTES network for informatization of CNOOC Shenzhen branch,optimized the existing office automation system based on web architecture,and developed and implemented a new module-online training and testing subsystem,under the office automation system design.This subsystem has a certain application value,which contributes to the realization of the company's goals.NOTES network,as the network foundation of the current electronic office process,needs to update the strategy and optimize the architecture after years of use.The OA system can standardize all administrative work,help offline work upgrade to online process,reduce paper documents,effectively shorten the signing and approval time,and ultimately increase the working efficiency.The online training and testing system is constructed from learning,practice,assessment and other aspects to meet the new demands of CNOOC Shenzhen branch for staff training and testing,and provides a unified learming platform for employees,so that they can grasp the professional knowledge of the position and complete personal and team work faster and more effectively.This subsystem can generate corresponding examination papers by configuring the professional knowledge of specifie position,and it can also conduct statistical analysis of students' examination scores after the test.Due to the large architecture and complex content of the OA system of a bureau level unit,this paper focuses on the realization of functional modules,and integrates the author's work and experience.
