| With the development of the new trend of China’s economy,the demand for copper consumption in electricity,communications,real estate and other industries is on the uptrend steadily,whose progress also stimulate the development of cooper smelting industry in turn.The profits of copper smelting enterprises are mainly realized by processing.Therefore,for copper smelting enterprises themselves,it is through the innovation of production technology and management mode that the profitability of enterprises will be improved.BAYANNAOER FS COPPER INDUSTRY CO.,LTD concentrate on non-ferrous metal copper smelting,realizing copper concentrate rough processing,annual output of crude copper,positive plate 100,000 tons and output of sulfuric acid 370,000 tons annually.In the face of the current macroeconomic development situation and changing trends of copper smelting industry developing environment,FS is faced with such conditions as intense competition in internal industry and finished product overproduction,and the fact that smelting process cannot meet the demand of deep processing and without technical transformation or expansion the current capacity wouldn’t reach the maximum;plus insufficient cost control and low comprehensive utilization of resources.Given the above background and reasons,this paper takes FS company as the research object,based on the relevant theories such as development strategy and competition strategy,using the methods of analysis tools,such as PEST and five forces model to analyze the external environment of FS company,and then analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of FS company,finally using SWOT to summarize the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of enterprise development,in order to ensure FS company’s development strategy and competition strategy.In conclusion,the paper puts forward strategic implementation to guarantee FS company’s development of copper industry with a series of measures focused on enterprise organizational structure,expanding marketing network,improving innovation capacity of smelting process and optimizing the construction of talent system.Through the application of strategic theory and data analysis of related industries,this paper puts forward the development strategy of FS company for the management of the company and for other companies equal in capacity. |
