Research On The Practice Path Of Multiple Subjects Participating In Ecological Poverty Alleviation

Poverty has long been an important obstacle to the economic development and social progress of all countries in the world.By government-led rescue type poverty reduction system is the main mode of China’s poverty reduction,the party’s 18 th since the inherent logic of China’s poor governance is gradually changing,the Chinese government pay attention to the transfer market and social forces to participate in poverty governance,and provide protection from policy,strengthen poverty reduction team,optimize the allocation of resources,improving poor governance efficiency and for poor governance.With the continuous improvement of the poverty alleviation pattern with the participation of multiple subjects,how to coordinate and cooperate with each other and form a good interaction relationship,so as to protect the interests of the poor households,stimulate the internal impetus of the poor households and promote the sustainable development of poverty alleviation projects will become the focus of the next work.For chongqing X town location,this study analyzed multiple subject participate in local ecological poverty alleviation project practice path,using literature research,case analysis,the research method of unstructured interview method to study the status quo of multiple participation main body of ecological poverty alleviation projects and the role of the different subjects,multiple subject is how to ensure that poverty alleviation project smoothly cooperation condition,and the current difficulties to be solved are analyzed.Finally,on the development goal of poverty alleviation projects,the paper puts forward development Suggestions on the path of diversified subjects’ participation in ecological poverty alleviation,stimulates the endogenous driving force of poor households,and promotes the sustainable development of poverty alleviation projects.This study believes that the main participants in the ecological poverty alleviation in town X include the government,enterprises,social organizations and poor households,and they play different roles in participating in the poverty alleviation projects,with the government as the leader,enterprises as the driver,social organizations as the service providers,and poor households as the participants.Through government leading,equal status,coordination and communication,and driven by capable people,the diversified subjects have achieved good cooperation to promote thesmooth development of poverty alleviation projects.At present,diversified subjects in X town participate in ecological poverty alleviation,and there are still four problems:weak social force participating in poverty alleviation,lack of rules and regulations for cooperation of subjects,lack of trust and supervision system of subjects,and lack of enthusiasm of poor households for poverty alleviation.Therefore,development Suggestions are put forward: implementing evaluation incentive standards and building a multi-governance system;Clear the responsibility and task of the main body and form the benefit sharing mechanism;Build information exchange platform,improve supervision and evaluation system;We will stimulate the internal driving force of farmers and improve their feasible ability and quality.
