In the traditional supply chain, production and distribution as two important links, their optimization is often carried out independently. In the process of optimization, the decision-makers only pursue their own interests to maximize, thus ignoring the profit loss of the whole enterprise or even the whole supply chain. With the development of global market, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.More and more enterprises have realized that it is the key to enhance their own competitiveness and improve their revenue and profit to make decisions from the perspective of the whole supply chain.Compared with ordinary food manufacturers, perishable products manufacturers are paying more attentions on this.Due to the characteristics of perishable products, the quality of it has been declining significantly with time since it been produced, which makes the quality of products at the time of delivery greatly reduced or even rotten, resulting in the inability to continue to sell. Therefore, perishable products enterprises should respond more quickly, coordinate production and distribution, deliver products to customers as fast as they can, improving operation efficiency, and ensuring the quality of perishable products when they are delivered.Aiming at such a problem, this paper studies the collaborative optimization of production and distribution of perishable products, considering the inventory level of manufacturers and retailers and the limitation of vehicle capacity. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the characteristics of perishable products, uses OS theory to divide the freshness level of perishable products, analyzes the change trend of product value with time, and obtains that the value of perishable products is related to the storage time of products. Finally, combining with the total demand of products,a functional expression is given to describe the deterioration cost of perishable products. Then, the production distribution problem of perishable goods under a single vehicle was studied, considering the total production cost, inventory cost, transportation cost and perishable goods' deterioration cost, and constructs the model with the goal of maximizing the total profit of the supply chain. In view of this complex problem, uses the idea of double-layer optimization to design an improved genetic algorithm to solve it.In the first layer, roulette and elite selection strategy are used to solve the production scheduling problem;in the second layer, the evolutionary reversal operation is added to solve the vehicle routing problem.Combined with the actual situation,a numerical case is given and solved by MATLAB,which proves that the model and algorithm are effective. Finally,we study the production distribution problem of perishable products under the condition of multiple vehicles. We also consider the four costs mentioned above, build the model with the goal of maximizing the total profit of the supply chain, and add the constraint conditions that can avoid the batch distribution in the case of multiple vehicles. The model and algorithm are proved to be effective by using double-layer optimization and improved genetic algorithm and MATLAB.Through the comparison of the experimental results,it is verified that the transportation cost and deterioration cost of products are lower and the total profit of supply chain is higher under the condition of multiple vehicles.
