Coalbed methane(CBM)is an important clean and efficient energy substance for national economic development.Well pattern optimization is an important part of CBM development to improve CBM recovery and economic benefits.Scientific and reasonable well pattern deployment can not only ensure the smooth implementation of CBM development,but also effectively utilize CBM resources.The traditional optimization design of well pattern mainly relies on human experience,but this method relies too much on the professional knowledge and working experience of mining personnel.However,due to the uncertainty of geological factors,it is often difficult to obtain the optimal well layout plan.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of CBM to design the optimal distribution scheme based on the complicated and changeable geological factors.Firstly,compared the applicable conditions of various spatial optimization algorithms,this paper finally selects the improved genetic algorithm to optimize well pattern,so as to avoid the loss of the optimal solution and non-convergence of population in well pattern optimization by using traditional genetic algorithm.Secondly,in this paper,the dynamic prediction model of CBM productivity is established by material balance method,and the objective function of well pattern optimization is determined by combining with NPV method.Finally,this paper adopts four point pattern as well pattern type of CBM and translate the well pattern by six parameters,including the distance distance and horizontal distance between two wells,unit angle,rotation angle,horizontal translation distance and vertical translation distance.Moreover,these parameters are regarded as optimization parameters in well pattern optimization program to realize the well pattern optimization design based on improved genetic algorithm.Several well pattern optimization experiments were carried out in zhengzhuang area of qinshui basin.The results show that the well pattern optimization based on the improved genetic algorithm can effectively improve the economic benefit over 10% in the mining area.This thesis has 33 pictures,8 tables and 79 references.
