| Luminescent fabrics can be classified depending on the luminescent materials used.Among of them,a kind of luminescent fabric made with textile structure and the side-emitting polymer optical fiber which is light weight and soft can be used not only in the field of apparel and decoration,but also has great potential applications in the field of phototherapy.In this study,according to the principle of mechanical friction method and requirements of polymer optical fiber luminescent fabric for phototherapy treatment,a treatment system for making side-emitting polymer optical fibers was design and developed.Based on three kinds of polymer optical fibers(D250,D500,and D750),experiments were designed and carried out for verifying its feasibility and applicability.And an optimization experiment was completed for finding out the optimal technical parameters.On the basis of them,a warp knitted side-emitting fabric was made and its luminescence properties were analyzed.Firstly,in this study,on the basis of literature analysis and the principle of mechanical friction method,a polymer optical fiber processing system consisting of the processing and detection part,movement control part,and signal receiving part was designed and established,and three controlled factors(technical parameters)of the number of friction processing,abrasive specification(sandpaper mesh number),and balance weight was summarized.Then the working principle of the system was analyzed,and the influence of the three technical parameters on luminescence intensity and its distribution uniformity were investigated by analyzing experimental results and photos.And their numerical relationships were established.After that,an optimization experiment was designed and conducted for finding out the optimal technical parameters,and satisfying the requirement of distribution uniformity of side-emitting performance of the treated fiber.And the combination of optimal technical parameters was obtained,i.e.,35 times of friction processing,800 of sandpaper mesh,200 g of balance weight.Finally,based on the analysis of the fabric structure and knitting parameters,as well as requirements of polymer optical fiber luminescent fabric for phototherapy treatment,a warp knitted side-emitting fabric was designed and made by using the treated polymer optical fibers,experimental results show that its luminescence intensity meets the requirement of the phototherapy treatment. |
