Objective; In this study,we try to investigate the effect of alimentary H.pylori infection on kidney damage, which will provide new theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of kidney damage on clinical trial.Methods:1.The random urine samples are from population subjected to 14C-urea breath test in Physical Examination Center,Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University.Urinalysis and ACR of these samples are detected. The random urine samples, from patients subjected to rapid urease tests in gastroscopy room,Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University, are used for urinalysis and the albumin-creatinine ratio(ACR)is also tested.Subsequently, all subjects are divided into two groups,H.pylori infection group and non-infection group. We compare and analyze the correlation of ACR between H.pylori infection group and non-infected group.3.Blood samples are collected which subjected to 14C-urea breath test in Physical Examination Center, and the levels of IgA1 and galactose-deficient IgA1 in serum are detected by ELISA.4.Detect the urinary ACR rate of H.pylori-infected patients before and after H.pylori eradiaction.Results:1.The H.pylori infection rate is42.68%(238/663)in physical examination population, while the rate of H.pylori infection with symptomatic patients verified by gastroscopy is 88.14%(171/194)which is significantly higher than that in physical examination population(P<0.01).2.171 cases are diagnosed as H.pylori positive among194 patients from gastroscopy,Gastroenterology, with 27 cases of abnormal ACR(Ratio:15.79%).The ACR shows normal in the 23 cases of H.pylori negative group. There is a positive correlation between H.pylori infection and ACR(P<0.05).3.In the 27 abnormal urinary ACR cases with gastrointestinal symptoms, the correlation between urinary ACR and the severity of H.pylori infection are analyzed, there was significant relation.4.Urinary ACR data shows no significant difference between H.pylori infection group and non-infection group in physical examination population.Levels of serum IgA1 and galactose-deficient IgA1 in physical examination population are tested by ELISA.5.After H.pylori eradication, the ACR rates of H.pylori-infected patients with gastrointestinal symptoms were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The H.pylori infection rate in patients with gastrointestinal symptoms are much higher than that in the general population.2.For the H.pylori infection patients with gastrointestinal symptoms,H.pylori infection may be a risk factor resulting in kidney damage.3.H.pylori eradication probably benefits to kidney damage relief and chronic kidney disease prevention.
