Study On The Components Of Tianming Refined Ethyl Acetate

Carpesium abrotanoides is the dry leaves of the Carpesium abrotanoides Linnaeus,which mainly grows in the southern area of China as well as Hebei and Shanxi province.The original plant can be seen grewing between the river and road in village.In Hunan province,it was distributed in Changsha,Pingjiang and Shimen.Carpesium not only have detoxification,Hemostasis,and Insecticidal,but also can Broking blood,Relieving pain,Relieving cough.Carpesium is the Folk medicine for treatment of tonsillitis,pharyngitis,Urgent chronic infantile convulsion,infantile pneumonia,parasitic amassment,itchy skin rash,relieving convulsion and antiphlogosis.The initial research has shown that Ethyl acetate parts of Carpesium has good antitumor effect.In order to research the Carpesium antitumor material basis,we isolated and identificated the effective parts in system,and got 8 compounds through using silicon gel,HP-20,MCI,Sephadex LH-20,RP-18 and HPLC materials and other separation methods.All of the 10 compounds have been identified as the known compounds.They are Vomifoliol(1),2-desoxy-4-epi-pulchellin(2),8-epi-Confertin(3),1-epi-Inuviscolide(4),Telekin(5),Isotelekin(6),4(15)-β-Epoxyisotelekin(7),Carabrone(8),Carabrol(9),3-Deuteriomethyl-5-methyl-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran(10).The results of this project will provide the scientific basis for the quality control standards of Carpesium.Meanwhile,it also lay a solid foundation for the use of Carpesium resources.
