Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Feiwei Decoction combined with pirfenidone in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(deficiency of both qi and yin and phlegm-heat syndrome).Methods: Among the 40 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis who met the inclusion criteria,the syndromes of TCM were Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,and the stasis-heat syndrome was divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group was given pirfenidone;the treatment group was treated with Feiwei Decoction on the basis of the medication in the control group;the observation course was 2 months.Observed the total scores of TCM syndromes,medicineresearch counsil dyspnea scale,lung function,arterial blood gas and other indicators before and after the change.Result: 1.Comprehensive curative effect: The effective rate in the treatment group was 35%,and the total effective rate was 90%;the control group had significant efficiency of 15% and the total effective rate was 65%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the group was better than that of the control.2.TCM Syndrome Total Points: The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups could improve the total score of TCM syndromes of the patients.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results suggest that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the total score of TCM syndromes.3.Medicineresearch counsil dyspnea scale(mMRC): In mMRC,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups could improve mMRC in patients;the differences between the two groups after treatment were different.There was statistical significance(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving mMRC.4.Pulmonary function(FVC%,DLCO%): The control group could not improve the patient’s FVC% and DLCO%(P> 0.05),the treatment group could improve the patient’s FVC% and DLCO%,after treatment FVC%,DLCO% two groups Between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving FVC% and DLCO%.5.Arterial blood gas analysis(Pa O2): The control group could not improve PaO2 in patients(P>0.05).PaO2 in the treatment group was significantly higher than before,and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).,suggesting that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving PaO2.Conclusion:Lung fibrosis combined with pirfenidone for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(deficiency of both qi and yin and phlegm-heat syndrome)can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,and increase the levels of FVC%,DLCO%,and PaO2.
