The Effect Of Invigorating Lung Circulation Turbidifica Tion On Pulmonary Function Of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Objective: To observe the effect of tonifying lung activating blood and turbidity method on pulmonary function of patients with IPF and the therapeutic effect.To explore the effective methods of the treatment of IPF Chinese medicine.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis who were admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of pulmonary diseases in Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2016 to January 2018 were selected.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Oral Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets in the control group.The treatment group was given Acetylcysteine Effervescent Tablets combined with Bu yang huan wu tang and Liu jun zi tang..One course of treatment is 4 weeks,for 12 weeks.After the treatment,the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.TCM syndrome scores,lung function,arterial oxygen partial pressure,chest HRCT,six minute walking test,and m MRC dyspnea before and after treatment,Use statistics to analyze and draw conclusionsResult:1.Comprehensive curative effect:After 3 courses of treatment,In the control group,17 cases were ineffective,11 cases were stable,and 2 cases were improved,The total effective rate was 43.33%.In the treatment group,8 cases were invalid,18 cases were stable,4 cases were improved,the effective rate was 73.33%.Compared with the control group,The treatment group is improving the clinical symptoms and signs of IPF patients.It has a good effect on alleviating the progress of the disease and so on.2.Symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese Medicine:In the aspect of cough and expectoration,cyanosis.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group except the pestle.There were also significant differences in other symptoms and signs.There was no difference between the control groupand the control group.In terms of the total integral.Total integral before and after treatment in the treatment group,and compared with the control group,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).It has statistical significance.It is suggested that the effect of the treatment group is more obvious in improving the symptoms and signs of Chinese medicine.3.TCM syndrome:After treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was 43.37%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 70%.Among them,9 cases were ineffective,16 cases were effective,0 cases were cured and 5 cases were markedly effective.Compared with the two groups,in the improvement of TCM syndrome,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Indexes of lung function:The DLCO,TLC,and VC in the treatment group and the control group were all increased compared with those before the treatment.But only DLCO in the treatment group was significantly different from that before the treatment and the control group(P < 0.05).None of the rest.There was no significant difference between the indexes of the control group and before the treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P <0.05).It is suggested that the effect of the treatment group on the improvement of DLCO in IPF patients is higher than that in the control group.5.Chest HRCT:There was no statistical significance in the two groups before and after the HRCT treatment(P > 0.05).6.Blood oxygen saturation:The arterial oxygen saturation of the two groups was higher than that before the treatment.But there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),which did not have statistical significance.7.m MRC dyspnea:Compared with before treatment,the dyspnea in the treatment group was significantly different(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),which did not have statistical significance.8.Six minute walk test:There was no significant improvement in the six minute walk test before and after treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the twogroups(P > 0.05),and there was no statistical significance.9.Drug safety monitoring:There was no significant difference in ALT,AST,BUN,Cr,WBC,RBC before and after treatment in the two groups(P > 0.05),without statistical significance.Conclusion: Fill fill lung qi and turbidity method(Bu yang huan wu tang and Liu jun zi tang subtraction)routine combined western medicine therapy can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with IPF,improve its DLCO lung function,reduce the degree of difficulty in breathing,raise six minutes walking distance,increase the activity of the endurance for IPF patients and improve the quality of life,the pure western medicine routine treatment effect is more apparent,and good security.
