Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Medical Consortium Construction In The Affiliated Hospital Of Yangzhou University

In recent years,with the rapid advance of urbanization in our country,the people’s income level increase steadily,and the speeding up of aging population,health coverage and safeguard standard,further improve the continuous increase of residents’ health consciousness,people’s medical and health service demand for more and more is also high.However,due to a variety of reasons,now the phenomenon such as "to see a doctor difficult,expensive",big city hospital "full house",grassroots community hospital "empty" phenomenon is still very serious.General secretary Xi Jinping in the National Health and Health Conference clearly puts forward to vigorously promote the hierarchical treatment system.To construct medical consortium,to sharing information between medical institutions,the important measures to improve the capacity of primary medical institutions and facilitate the medical treatment of residents.In recent years,medical consortium has become the focus of health care industry.Medical consortium has been widely initiated across the country inordinately.This paper takes medical consortium of affiliated hospital of Yangzhou university regional hospital as the research object,and try to explore the current situation,point out problems and analysis of the causes and put forward countermeasures accordingly.Based on the empirical research,this paper uses the qualitative research methods,supplemented by literature research for pattern analysis.A self-designed questionnaire was used to build qualitative interviews with the relevant personnel in the hospital.This study surveyed institutions information form,and analysis the results by collecting the related policy documents.The paper has seven sections totally.The first chapter is introduction,putting forward the thesis background and meaning,researches from home and broad,research content and method,technical route and the innovation and shortage of this paper.In the second chapter is basic conception and theoretical basis,putting forward the basic conception,including hierarchical medical system,medical consortium and the theoretical basis,including,public products,public products and stakeholder.In the third chapter is research on the actuality of medical consortium of Affiliated hospital of Yangzhou University,putting forward the basic situation,supporting measures and effectiveness.The forth chapter is the problems and analysis of the causes,including policy lag,coordination problem between hospitals,unimplemented hierarchical medical system,information lag,insufficient resource and inefficiency.The fifth chapter is experience of other medical consortium,including municipal medical group of Ma On Shan,rehabilitation medical group and Jiangbin medical group of Zhenjiang,drum tower hospital group of Nanjing,second hospital of Wuxi.The sixth chapter is approaches.The seventh chapter is the epilogue.This paper argues that to improve consortium of affiliated hospital of Yangzhou university,we should clear the position of the hospital,formulate policies and complete system three aspects as comprehensive consideration.
