Research On The Implementation Of ’Internet+Medical Treatment’ Mode In The Context Of ’Hierarchical Medical System’

The outbreak of COVID-19 has highlighted the importance of a strong medical and health industry to the society.This study focuses on the relationship between "Internet + medical" and graded diagnosis and treatment.In the theoretical approach,this paper researches the status quo of ‘Internet + medical treatment’domestically and internationally,as well as analyses the concepts,developments and new features of‘hierarchical medical system’ and ‘Internet + medical treatment’.In the practical approach,this paper focuses on the application of ‘Internet + medical treatment’ in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital and its medical consortium as the case study by analyzing system construction of ‘Internet + medical’,the application of Internet technology and its effectiveness.The findings will demonstrate the key role of ‘Internet + medical treatment’ mode in the hierarchical medical system: this mode can facilitate the flow of health resources between health care institutions,improve the capacity and quality of medical care,and transfer critically ill patients who have taken the basic medical treatment in the main hospital into the sub-sectors,which is equivalent to the branches of medical institutions,after using ‘Internet + medical technology’ as the referral.Convenient and effective ‘Internet + medical treatment’ will improve public’s confidence in branches of medical institutions in the diagnosis and treatment,and it can affect people’s habits and health.In the last part,based on the principles of hierarchical management in the management science,this study will raise the innovative all-covered ‘internet + medical treatment’ mode and explore the new operation mode of‘Internet + medical’ from the perspective of government,hospital and patient care in the context of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
