Clinical Observation Of Wenyang Sanjie Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Middle-advanced Gastric Adenocarcinoma Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency, Blood Stasis And Poison

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,side effects and safety of Wenyang Sanjie Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer adenocarcinoma with spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Methods: The observation of spleen and kidney yang,pest and drug-associated patients with advanced gastric adenocarcinoma as the research object,select 60 patients divided into treatment group(Wenyang Sanjie Decoction + m FOLFOX6)in30 cases,control group(m FOLFOX6)in 30 cases.Every 2 weeks for 1 cycle,two consecutive cycles to determine the efficacy;the observation index are two groups of patients before and after treatment of tumor objective efficacy,symptoms of Chinese medicine,quality of life score(KPS score),adverse reactions and safety indicators,using statistical software SPSS 23.0 to analysis the results.Results:(1)The difference about the self-control between the two groups in objective curative effect comparison was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(2)After treatment,the total effective rate in the evaluation of TCM symptoms’ s curative effect in the treatment group was 80.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(46.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)comparison:After treatment,the difference on KPS score between those two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the rate of improvement and stability in treatment group was 80.0%,and it was 56.67% to the control group,the treatment group was better than the other group.(4)Adverse reactions and safety index:after treatment,the differences between those two groups in WBC,HB,PLT and nausea and vomiting were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group..After treatment,the difference between those two groups in AST,ALT,Cr,BUN and peripheral nerve and electrocardiogram were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions: Compared with chemotherapy alone,the combination therapy of Wenyang Sanjie Decoction and chemotherapy can improve the symptoms and signs of TCM,improve the quality of life,improve the bone marrow suppression and the nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy.However,there is no obvious advantage innarrowing the tumor and improving peripheral neuritis,and the safety of this prescription is good,it will not significantly increase the liver and kidney toxicity and heart burden,and the patients are well tolerated.Therefore,it is worth further research.
