Clinical Observation Of Erteng Sanjie Capsule Combined With SOX Regimen In The Treatment Of Advanced Gastric Cancer With Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of Erteng Sanjie Capsule combined with SOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome.Based on the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy,this paper explores the concept of "fuzheng quxie,attack and tonify,and reduce toxicity and increase efficacy" in the treatment of cancer,and provides theoretical basis for further treatment of advanced gastric cancer with spleen deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups: traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group and simple chemotherapy group,with 50 cases in each group.Taking Erteng Sanjie Capsule combined with SOX chemotherapy as treatment group and single SOX chemotherapy as control group for 2 cycles,the curative effects of TCM syndromes,solid tumors,physical condition,immune function,tumor markers and toxicity of gastric cancer before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:In TCM syndromes,Erteng Sanjie capsule combined with SOX chemotherapy group was significantly better than single SOX chemotherapy group,the total effective rate of treatment group was 73.91%,and the total effective rate of control group was 40.54%.Statistical test showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of objective curative effect of tumors,the objective remission rate of the treatment group was not significantly superior to that of the simple chemotherapy group.The total remission rate of the treatment group was 65.22%,and that of the control group was 62.16%.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The objective control rate of tumors in the treatment group was not significantly superior to that in the chemotherapy group alone.The total control rate in the treatment group was 95.65% and that in the control group was 89.18%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).In terms of KPS score,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no obvious advantage in improving physical condition in the Chinese medicine combined chemotherapy group compared with the single chemotherapy group.In terms of immune function comparison,the T cell subsets of each group were tested by t test,the P value was less than 0.05,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The immune function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the related tumor markers between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).In the side effects of nausea and vomiting,burnout,diarrhea,difficulty in defecation and bone marrow suppression,the treatment group had fewer side effects than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05),and the other differences were not significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion:It was found that Erteng Sanjie Capsule combined with SOX had significant advantages over single SOX in alleviating clinical symptoms,toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy and improving immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer.In the treatment of Erteng Sanjie Capsule combined with chemotherapy,the basic treatment principle of both strengthening the body and eliminating pathogens was emphasized,and the efficacy of Erteng Sanjie Capsule combined with SOX was better than that of simple chemotherapy.Effect.The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine lie in holistic treatment,regulating the function of the whole body,harmonizing Yin and Yang,and restoring the normal balance of the body.Chemotherapy focuses on the local role of the tumor,but has a greater impact on the overall function.Therefore,the clinical application of Western medicine still has great limitations,finding local lesions and solving local problems.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of diseases is the combination of holistic treatment and local treatment to improve the treatment effect,so that patients can get the greatest benefit.For patients with advanced gastric cancer,improving clinical symptoms,improving the quality of life,prolonging the life span and alleviating the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy reflect the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
