Hyperlipidemia is a disease with abnormal lipid metabolism and an important risk factor affecting health.However,the toxic and side effects of lipid-lowering drugs have always troubled patients with hyperlipidemia and clinical workers.Therefore,the intervention study of hyperlipidemia has been actively carried out.It is of great significance to find a safe,effective,convenient and inexpensive lipid-lowering therapy for prolonging patients’ life span and improving their qualities of life.The team of this task has found that in the clinical literature of medicinal cake partition moxibustion and lipid lowering,the use of transdermal absorption accelerators was basically ginger juice,vinegar,ethanol,etc.,and other transdermal absorption accelerators were used to observe the effect of medicinal cake partition moxibustion on lipid lowering.There are few reports in related literature.In order to evaluate objectively the curative effect of different transdermal absorption accelerators on hyperlipidemia treated by medicinal cake partition moxibustion,the author of this paper intends to observe the hypolipidemic effect of medicinal cake partition moxibustion on hyperlipidemia model rabbits by using a single transdermal absorption accelerator.In order to explore the treatment of hyperlipidemia whether this method has a more curative effect,in order to provide a new way of thinking and method for the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia.Objective: To make clear whether the use of permeation enhancers in medicinal cake partition moxibustion can achieve better lipid lowering effect,and compare the medicinal cake and flour cake with water,azone,borneol and medicinal flour cake respectively,so as to obtain the best experiment group for lipid lowering.To find a better treatment for clinical hyperlipidemia and pave the way for later experimental research.Methods:48 New Zealand pure rabbits were numbered in the left ear with marker according to their weight.Eight rabbits were divided into blank group and the other 40 rabbits were fed for 12 weeks.The blank group was fed with normal diet.After the animal module was made according to the index of triglyceride obtained by blood collection,the right ear was numbered with marker from high to low,and the animals were divided into 5 groups,8 animals in each group which were module group,traditional group,azone group,borneol group,septum group.According to the test factors,the moxibustion was given daily for 4weeks,and the two groups were alternately treated with moxibustion at acupoints.Once a day,4 columns per Acupuncture points.Results: A total of 48 New Zealand rabbits were included in the study.46 rabbits were included in theconclusion analysis,1 in the borneol group and 1 in the septum group.1.The effect of medicinal cake partition moxibustion on blood lipid in hyperlipidemia rabbits:After 12 weeks of continuous hyperlipidemia feeding,the hyperlipidemia model was successfully established,and the difference was significant compared with the blank group.After 4 weeks of continuous intervention,the serum total cholesterol in the model group was higher than that in the traditional group,azone group,borneol group and medicinal cake group.The levels of total triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(Apo-B),decreased levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A-I(ApoA-I)had risen.with a statistically significance(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the degree of lipid reduction in hyperlipidemia model rabbits with the addition of different permeation enhancers in medicinal cake partition moxibustion:The borneol group was compared with the traditional group and the medicinal cake group: The degree of the decline in serum total cholesterol(TC),total triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein B(Apo-B)is statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the decrease of other indexes.Comparison of borneol group and azone group:Serum total cholesterol(TC)The decrease of content is statistically significant.(P<0.05)There was no statistical significance in the decrease of other indexes.Conclusion: 1.Moxibustion with separated substance has a good effect on reducing total cholesterol in serum.(TC),total triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein B(Apo-B)and on making the high density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum(HDL-C)and the apolipoprotein A-I(ApoA-I)going up.2.Effect of borneol as an enhancer on serum total cholesterol in model rabbits(TC)has a better degree of reduction than that of other groups.3.Comparison of effects of the use of permeating agents in isolated moxibustion on blood lipids in hyperlipidemia model rabbits :borneol>azone>water.
