Qinghai Lake in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau has special effect on growth and development of plants,such as climate dry,wind,cold,anoxia,long sunshine time,solar radiation,air thin,low pressure and high visibility.Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis as the dominant species,which is mainly distributed in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its adjacent areas,belongs to Pedicularis Linn.of Scrophulariaceae.Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis is a common companion species in high-cold vegetation,which is likes cold wet and light,and born in the alpine meadows,swamps,lakes and forest margins at altitudes of 2700-5300 m above sea level.In this study,we used mouse exercise fatigue swimming training as a model to observe the effects of high,medium,and low-dose group of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis,and positive control group(ginseng extract)on weight change of endurance exercise mice and duration of exhausted swimming of mice.And after each group of mice exhausted to take eye blood to test the relevant indicators of their blood cells,to explore the effect of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis in the prevention and treatment of exercise fatigue.The volatile oil in the material was extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction,and the components of volatile oil extracted were separated and analyzed by means of temperament combination analysis,and the components of volatile oil extracted were separated and analyzed by means of temperament combination analysis,and the amino acids,flavonoids and sugars in different parts of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis were analyzed by GC-MS.The main results are as follows:(1)The high,medium and low dose groups of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis were significantly different from those of the positive group in terms of duration and weight change of exhausted swimming(p < 0.05),indicating that the effect of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis on endurance swimming and increasing weight of mice was better than that of ginseng extract.There was a significant difference between the middle and low dose groups of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis and the positive group in the number of red blood cells,hemoglobin and erythrocyte accumulation of mice(p < 0.05),indicating that Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis had better effect on the increase of the number of blood cells in each index than ginseng extract.(2)It used that supercritical carbon dioxide instrument to extract the whole plant of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis in the volatile oil,and collected the total amount of the volatile oil extract from the Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis by 2.1 g,and the extraction rate was 1.05%.The volatile oils obtained after extraction were analyzed by GC-MS to determine 35 components,among which the highest content was 3-phenyl-2-propyl-1-alcohol(63.05%),and the lowest concentration was benzoyl formic acid(0.18%).At the same time,we also detected linolenic acid,which has a lipid reducing,anticancer effect,as well as neophytadiene compounds commonly used as aromatics.(3)After crushing Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis according to different parts of seeds,stems and leaves,through analysis of multiple mass spectra,it was concluded that there were 27 main amino acids and organic acids in different parts of Pedicularis longiflora var.tubiformis,including isoorientin,orientin,osmanniferin,osmanniferin,oletin,alfalfa and alfalfa.The soluble monosaccharides and 4 polyoligosaccharides is mainly includes the following Arabitol,Frucose,Glucose,Inositol,Surcrose,Trehalose,Glucuronic acid,Galacturonic acid.
