Objective:By professor Liu lifang were retrospectively studied 354 cases of female patients with granulomatous mastitis of general information and treatment,summarizes the general rule of the disease onset,analyze the treatment efficacy and relapse,and evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of inside and outside governance of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease.Method:Collected in June 2016-June 2017,our hospital professor Liu lifang treated granulomatous mastitis and conforms to the inclusion criteria of a total of 354 cases of patients,patients to collect general data and clinical condition,with 3 months for a period of treatment,with reference to the TCM syndrome classification of granulomatous mastitis inventory fill out into the group of cases before and after one course of treatment and after 2 courses of the scale of syndromes,summarized the general rule of the disease onset,observed treatment,a course of treatment,and treatment before the clinical curative effect of two period of treatment.Results:1.General law: by retrospective analysis clinical data,found that the disease incidence season more focused on the spring and summer(66.78%),good hair at childbearing age women,of which the most common 30-39(63.56%);Most of the women were born with only one child(62.71%).Most of the patients had a history of breast-feeding and had more than half a year(61.86%)of breast feeding.30.51% of patients had a history of milk deposition or acute mastitis.27.12% of the patients had a short nipple or an internal deformity.The incidence of this disease was concentrated in 5 years after delivery(81.35%),with the highest incidence(62.71%)in 2-5 years after delivery.。2.Clinical onset features: more than 354 patients for single disease,with breast lump and breast pain(100%),and abscess(67.8%)as the main symptoms,concurrent fistula(65.25%),ulcers(27.97%),a few patients see limbs nodular erythema(20.34%).Before coming to our hospital,most of the patients had external hospital experience,including antibiotic treatment and oral hormones,surgical incision,etc.Among them,the highest number of patients visited in 2 months(74.58%).The phlegm-dampness syndrome(33.90%)was the most in the initial diagnosis.In the process of external treatment,the most commonly used methods are application,cutting and scraping.3.Efficacy:(1)before treatment and 1 treatment course,after 2 courses of treatment,the main syndrome,symptoms,complications,and overall are obviously alleviate symptoms integral,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)after 1 course of treatment,the recovery rate,efficiency and efficiency were 28.2%,27.7% and 44.1% respectively.After 2 courses of treatment,the recovery rate and efficiency and efficiency were 78.8%,19.2%,and 2.0%respectively.(3)curative effect: the total effective rate was 100% after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment.(4)overall efficacy: the recovery rate was 100% and the recurrence rate was only 1.13% after the combined treatment of 354 patients.(5)after the return visit,97.17% of the patients expressed satisfaction with the appearance of the breast after treatment.Conclusion: 1.Granulomatous mastitis in 30-39 period of women of childbearing age,concentrated in the postpartum 2 to 5 years,more than the history of breastfeeding,breast lumps,pain,abscess as the main symptoms,concurrent fistula,ulcers,nodular erythema,etc.2.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and internal medicine is effective in the treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis,with low recurrence rate and protective effect on breast appearance,which can be popularized and used.
