The Clinical Study Of Louci Sanjie Decoction In The Prevention And Treatment Of Recurrence And Metastasis Of Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Objective:to evaluate the efficiency and safty of Louci Nodule dissipating Decoction by reviewing triple negative breast cancer patients who have taken Louci Nodule-dissipating Decoction.To observe the effect of Louci Nodule-dissipating Decoction on anxiety and depression,sleep disorder and fatigue in patients with postoperative triple negative breast cancer patients.To explore the distribution characteristics of the constitution types of patients with triple negative breast cancer,and further explore the correlation between the constitution of patients and recurrence and metastasis.Methods:this is a single-center retrospective research,reviewing the data of patients who took Louci Nodule-dissipating Decoction in March 2015 to March 2017.Reviewing and summarizing disease-free survival rate of TNBC patients in the first and second year and plotting the survival curve,then compare them with the domestic and foreign literature reports.Using ECOG、HADS and PQIS,and evaluate baseline and 4,8,and 12 months of sleep,anxiety,depression and fatigue conditions.Reviewing the patient’s test,examination results and medical records,and referring to the WHO standard to grading toxic and adverse reactions of Louci Nodule-dissipating Decoction.Using PEM-CTM test management system and the database of triple negative breast cancer,summaring the patients’constitution type distribution,and conclude its relationship with the recurrence and metastasis.Results:the median observation time was 21 months in 132 cases of triple negative breast cancer included in the composite inclusion criteria,with an average observation time of 21.90+6.70 months.Ill age concentrated in two ages 35 to 45 and 45 to 55,most patients accepted auxiliary put and chemotherapy.Taking neoadjuvant chemotherapy is associated with recurrence of metastases,however the biological characteristics of tumor,and other treatment conditions are not involved.The first and second year’s disease-free survival rates of 132 patients were 99.24%and 90.2%,respectively,up by 9%and 5%respectively compared with the latest foreign literature reports.Among the patients with recurrent metastasis,2 had brain metastasis,2 had lung metastasis and 1 had chest wall recurrence.Sixty patients received quality of life assessment before and after treatment,and the analysis results showed that ECOG score significantly improved compared with baseline score at the 4th,8th and 12th months after treatment(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower at month 4,8 and 12 than baseline scores(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the patients was significantly improved at the 8th and 12th months compared with the baseline(P<0.05).All patients had no adverse drug reactions above grade 3.72 cases involved in physical survey are tend to having bias and compound constitution,with Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency in the majority,blood stasis constitution is associated with recurrence of metastases,however the other 8 kinds of constitution are not.Conclusion:the risk of recurrence and metastasis is high in patients with Triple negative breast cancer.Louci Nodule-dissipating Decoction can improve disease-free survival rate of 1,2 years’ patients during blank period.Moreover Louci Nodule-dissipating Decoction can improve patients’ quality of life by helping them in the aspect of sleeping,getting rid of fatigue and improving anxiety and depression.
