Objectives:1.Investigate the learning burnout of free order-targeted medical students and general practice 5+3 training students.2.Explore the impact of general information(gender,grade,place of origin,single child or not,and original intention of major selection)on learning burnout.Methods:Using random sampling method,the questionnaire survey was conducted between March and April 2019 among 603 free order oriented medical students in Xi ’an Medical University,296 general medical undergraduate students in Xi ’an Medical University,78 general practice 5+3 training students and 45 general medical postgraduates in general medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi ’an Medical University.A total of 1022 people were surveyed.The questionnaire is divided into two parts: basic personal information and Maslach Burnout inventory-student Survey(MBI-SS).All the data were input into excel,the database was established,and spss25.0 software was used for statistical data analysis.Descriptive analysis was used for the general information,learning burnout and the items of each dimension of the research object,and the total score of learning burnout and the data of each dimension were tested for normality.The data accorded with the normal distribution and was expressed by mean ± standard deviation.T test was used for comparison between the two groups,and homogeneity of variance was tested for comparison among multiple groups,and analysis of variance was used for homogeneity of variance,and nonparametric test was used for inhomogeneity of variance Kruskal Wallis test for multiple independent samples.There was statistical significance in P<0.05.Results:1.The learning burnout of directional students was(42.46 ± 13.39),emotional exhaustion dimension was(13.15 ± 7.05),cynicism dimension was(8.30 ± 5.55),and low academic efficiency dimension was(21.01±6.98).The learning burnout of directional students was higher than that of non directional students,and there were differences in the three dimensions(P<0.05).2.Among the directional students,The cynicism dimension of boys was higher than that of girls(P < 0.05),the emotional exhaustion and cynicism dimension of "parental choice" and "voluntary adjustment" was higher than that of "personal will"(P<0.05),the low academic efficiency dimension of "parental choice" and "other" was lower than that of "personal will"(P<0.05),the emotional exhaustion dimension of grade one was higher than that of other grades(P<0.05),and the emotional exhaustion dimension of grade one was higher than that of other grades(P<0.05)The dimension of low academic efficiency was higher than that of other grades(P<0.05).3.The learning burnout of general practice 5+3 training students was(44.36±12.34),emotional exhaustion dimension was(13.46±6.27),cynicism dimension was(9.01±5.18),and low academic efficiency dimension was(21.89±6.77).The cynicism dimension of general practice 5+3 training students was higher than that of general medical postgraduates(P<0.05).4.Among the general practice 5+3 training students,In the dimension of learning burnout,emotional exhaustion and cynicism,boys were higher than girls(P<0.05),urban students were lower than rural students in the dimension of learning burnout and academic efficiency(P<0.05),and non only child students were higher than only child students in the dimension of learning burnout and academic efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The learning burnout of directional students is in the middle level,which is higher than that of non directional students.2.Among the directional students,students of voluntary adjustment and third grade have higher scores of learning burnout,and there are obvious differences.3.The learning burnout of general practice 5+3 training students is in the middle level.4.Among the general practice 5+3 training students,The learning burnout scores of male students,rural students and non only child students are higher.
