Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform, The Pre-pregnancy Medication Rule Of Professor Chen Ruixue In The Treatment Of Recurrent Miscarriage Is Explored

Objective:This study will collect and sort out the clinical medical cases of professor Chen Ruixue in the treatment of recurrent abortion from January 2016 to January 2018 in the pre-pregnancy prevention and treatment stage,。conduct a retrospective study on them,and make use of the data mining technology of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS,V2.5)for mining.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics of professor Chen Ruixue’s medication law in the treatment of this disease,so as to share experience with each other.Methods:Based on the TCMISS(V2.5),the clinical cases of professor Chen Ruixue in the treatment of recurrent abortion in the pre-pregnancy prevention and treatment stage from January 2016 to January 2018 were retrospectively studied.Firstly,the collected paper-based cases are pre-processed,and the four diagnostic information and the names of the traditional Chinese medicines involved are input into the Excel table,and the contents with the same connotation but inconsistent expression are uniformly described.Secondly,the background database of TCMISS should be improved,such as adding the diagnosis of recurrent abortion in western medicine and adding the database of TCM which is not yet comprehensive.Finally,two people check the information and input the data into the TCMISS.Using the correlation analysis and cluster analysis functions of the roots of the system"statistical report" and"data analysis",the data are statistically analyzed to explore the rule of application of Professor Chen Ruixue in the treatment of this disease.Results:This study collected 33 patients who met the inclusion criteria,a total of 139 person,a total of 140 prescriptions.After entering the data,the following results are obtained according to the system analysis:1.In this study,the age of onset of the patients is mainly between 30 and 35 years old,ranging from 24 to 37 years old.2.In the prevention and treatment stage of recurrent abortion,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome is the most common(23.81%),followed by liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome(8.33%)and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(8.33%).Professor Chen Ruixue believes that spleen and kidney deficiency is the main pathogenesis of this disease.The kidney is the congenital origin and the spleen is the acquired origin.Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen is the fundamental method for professor Chen to treat this disease.3.Professor Chen ruixue commonly uses drugs in the treatment of recurrent abortion,such as lycopus lucidus,sour orange,frying atractylodes rhizome,japanese teasel,Lu Lu Tong,Chinese yam,dodder,poria,ligustrum lucidum,achyranthes root,angelica,tangerine peel,zedoary,rhizoma polygonatum,eupatorium fortune,baked licorice,white peony root,lilium,semen lablab album,prepared pinellia tuber,etc.The dosage of the first 10 herbs are lycopus lucidus(12g or 15g or 18g),sour orange(12g),frying atractylodes rhizome(10g-30g),japanese teasel(15g or 20g or 25g),Lu Lu Tong(20g),chinese yam(6g-30g),dodder(12g-25g),poria(12g-25g),ligustrum lucidum(10g or 12g),achyranthes root(12g).4.According to the artificial statistics,the most frequently used drugs by professor Chen in the treatment of this disease are 22 types of tonifying deficiency,with a frequency of 844 times(7 kinds of tonifying qi,2 kinds of tonifying blood,5 kinds of tonifying Yang and 8 kinds of tonifying Yin),followed by 9 kinds of tonifying blood and removing blood stasis(323 times of frequency)and 11 kinds of tonifying qi(227 times of frequency).5.The drugs used by professor Chen are mainly warm drugs(42.63%),plain drugs(35.57%)and sweet drugs(32.29%).And the most common drugs are Spleen meridian(21.40%),liver meridian(21.32%)and Kidney meridian(16.15%).6.Based on association rules analysis,set up the number of support for the 56(support degree was 40%),the confidence level is 0.9,medicine pattern analysis to obtain common combinations are:①lycopus lucidus,sour orange.②lycopus lucidus,frying atractylodes rhizome.③lycopus lucidus,japanese teasel.④lycopus lucidus,Lu Lu Tong.⑤lycopus lucidus,Lu Lu Tong,sour orange.⑥dodder,ycopus lucidus.⑦frying atractylodes rhizome,sour orange.⑧japanese teasel,sour orange.⑨lycopus lucidus,frying atractylodes rhizome,sour orange.⑩lycopus lucidus,japanese teasel,sour orange.Etc.7.Based on the improved mutual information method,the correlation degree is 6,the penalty degree is 2,and the cluster analysis is carried out.The two commonly used drug pairs included:①lycopus lucidus,angelica.②rhizoma polygonatum,dendrobium.③rhizoma polygonatum,forsythia.④poria,Chuan Xiong.⑤balloonflower,angelica.⑥ rhizoma polygonatum,spine date seed.⑦lycopus lucidus,tangerine peel.⑧balloonflower,pearl shell.⑨spine date seed,white mustard seed.⑩poria,mistletoe,etc.8.Based on the complex system entropy clustering and the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method,a total of 12 pairs of professor Chen’s core group for the treatment of recurrent abortion are obtained:①fritillary bulb,pharagmitis rhizome,cuttlebone.②rhizoma polygonatum,poria,chinese yam.③baked licorice,frying atractylodes rhizome,astragalus.④poria,ligustrum lucidum,chinese yam.⑤northern radix adenophorea,akebiae fructus,esliptae herba.⑥dendrobium,magnolia officinalis,eupatorium fortune.⑦fritillary bulb,polygala,prunella vulgaris.⑧ Chuan Xiong,angelica,white peony root.⑨dodder,frying atractylodes rhizome,rose.⑩Chuan Xiong,notopterygium,white peony root.11the stalk of perilla,kudzu,esliptae herba.12root of dahuriae angelica,notopterygium,white peony root.After further clustering,6 new prescriptions are obtained.And after professor Chen’s examination and confirmation,there are 5 new prescriptions with clinical significance as follows:①fritillary bulb,pharagmitis rhizome,cuttlebone,polygala,prunella vulgaris.②rhizoma polygonatum,poria,chinese yam,Chuan Xiong,angelica,white peony root.③baked licorice,frying atractylodes rhizome,astragalus,dodder,rose.④northern radix adenophorea,akebiae fructus,esliptae herba,the stalk of perilla,kudzu.(5)dendrobium,magnolia officinalis,eupatorium fortune,root of dahuriae angelica,notopterygium,white peony root.Conclusion:In this study,by sorting out the prescription of professor Chen Ruixue for the treatment of recurrent abortion in the pre-pregnancy stage,and by means of the TCMISS(V2.5),the medication rules and treatment methods are obtained.
