Explore The Clinical Drug Laws Of Professor Zhou Zhaoshan Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)V2.5,summarizeed the characteristics of prescriptions medication from Professor Zhou Zhaoshan on the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD),then explored the clinical characteristics and academic thoughts of Professor Zhou Zhaoshan,and excavated potential new prescriptions to truly guide clinical practice.Methods:Collected in January 2019 to January 2020 in the Professor Zhou Zhaoshan of Qingdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient cases,screening 621 standard cases and inputting the patients information in the clinical information collection system on TCMISS,used the statistics report system and data analysis system for data analysis,then summarized the laws of professor Zhou Zhaoshan on the treatment of COPD formula.Results:1.A total of 457 patients were included in this study,including306 males and 151 females.The age group was mainly 60-69 and 70-79 years old.2.There were 621 screening prescriptions in this study,involving 162 kinds of Chinese medicine,combined drug use frequency of 11222 times,among them,56 drugs were used more than 20 times.In order of high to low order,they were ephedra,licorice,platycladus lateralis leaves,almonds,scutellaria,white straw root,peach kernel,fritillaria thunbergii or polygonum cuspidatum,cicadas sloughs,root of reed,etc.The main types of traditional Chinese medicine were phlegm-reducing and antiwheezing drugs,antipyretic drugs,antipyretic drugs,antipyretic drugs,deficient tonifying drugs and hemostasis drugs.3.It was found that the four qi and five flavors of drugs were cold,warm and smooth,sweet,bitter and pungent,and mainly belonged to the lungs,spleen and stomach.4.There were 36 commonly used drug combinations,including Ephedra-almond-licorice,rhizoma lateralis-white straw root,root of reed-peach kernel,leaf of platycladus lateralis-peach kernel-reed root,fritillaria thunbergii-ephedra-almond,houttuynia houttuynia-ephedra,etc.5.Dig 6 new prescriptions,respectively was: pyrrosia leafricepaperplant pith-lilac pink-white cardamom-ageratum,dwarf lilyturf-raw radix rehmanniae-jade bamboo-astragalus-cornel-rhodiola,rhizoma ligustici wallichii alisma-extracted by shoot dry-ephedra-gypsum,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,angelica-atractylodes-magnolia bark-hu liquorice-reed root-peach kernel-red paeony root cortex moutan-safflower,licorice-peach kernel-salvia miltiorrhiza-cogongrass rhizome-reed root-giant knotweed.Conclusion: 1.COPD machine was characterized by the combination of original deficiency and real deficiency.The main pathological factors were blood heat,phlegm and blood stasis.2.The characteristics of medication were the combination of cold and temperature,giving consideration to both exorcism and strengthening,distinguishing primary and secondary,and both attacking and reinforcing.3.The treatment features were the original treatment method of clearing lung and regulating blood,emphasizing the removal of benefits and shaoyang,while both specimens were taken into consideration.4.Six new formulae were obtained through the software,which were applied flexibly according to dialectics.
