| Objective:Ob serving the improvement of symptoms in patients with chronic heart failure with heart-kidney-yang deficiency,as well as the improvement of cardiac function parameters,NT-proBNP and 6-minute walking distance test of Modified Jingui Shenqi Decoction,and provides reference for clinical application of this drug.Methods:The 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 in each group;the control group was given routine treatment;the experimental group was given Modified Jingui Shenqi Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The course of treatment lasted for a month.The changes of LEE score,T CM syndrome score,left ventricular ejection fraction,NT-proBNP and 6-minute walking distance test before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the effection of Modified Jingui Shenqi Decoction on chronic heart failure with deficiency of heart and kidney yangResults:In the improvement of TCM symptoms,Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction group was better than western medicine group,and there was significant statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).In LEES score,Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction group was better than western medicine group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in LVEF between the two groups(P<0.05),and in NT-proBNP between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of 6-minute walking distance,there was significant difference between Modified Jinkui Shenqi Decoction group(457.52±55.59m)and Western medicine group(428.32±62.51m)after tr e atm ent(P<0.0 5)Conclusion:Modified Jingui Shenqi Decoction has remarkable clinical effect.It can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure patients with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome,reduce the level of NT-proBNP in blood,improve the LVEF and quality of life.It is safe and effective in the use process,and has no adverse reactions.It can be further studied and promoted. |
