Based On Network Pharmacology To Study The Relationship Between The Meridian Return Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Treatment Of Diseases

Objective:The study is concerning the biological basis of different Chinese meridian herbs.Network pharmacology and molecular docking was used to screen the active targets of Chinese pharmacopoeia in the 2015 edition.The biological basis of the theory of meridian is preliminarily explored by using network pharmacology,which provides a theoretical basis for further study of the theory.Method:In this study,pharmacopoeia of traditional Chinese medicine and its tropism information would be collected based on Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition collection;chemical composition data would be collected through the database and literature;human protein targets name would be collected from drug bank database,and structure would be download from PDB database.Target protein and related disease would be collected by TTD database.The active components and potential protein targets of the Chinese medicine would be screened through molecular docking,and the interaction target would be found.The frequency of Chinese medicine and protein with different tropism in different disease would be analysis to explore the relationship between tropism and indication.The biological basis of different tropism would be classified based on Gene Ontology web site enrichment analysis.Result:(1)According to the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,615 traditional Chinese medicine and related tropism information were collected;13144 chemical components and structure were collected through database and literature;and 936 human protein targets names were collected by drug bank and 198 protein structure were downloaded through PDB.1227 active molecules related to 361 Chinese medicinal herbs and 86 active protein targets were selected by molecular docking.The top 90%protein targets of Chinese herbs in meridian tropism were screened out,which included:20 protein related liver meridians,15 protein related lung meridians,16 protein related stomach meridians,15 protein related spleen meridians,22 protein related kidney meridians,23 protein related heart meridians,19 protein related large intestine meridians,18 protein related bladder meridians,25 protein related bile channels,23 protein related small intestine,39 protein related pericardium,25 protein related trifocal.(2)The distribution of traditional Chinese medicine in different meridians and diseases was analyzed.The large intestine medicine has a high frequency in the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases,digestive diseases,blood and hematopoietic diseases,and some diseases involving the immune mechanism.The lung Chinese medicine had a high frequency in lung and respiratory diseases of eye diseases,systemic diseases,mental and behavioral disorders.The liver meridian has a high frequency in the diseases of skin and skin,respiratory diseases,urogenital diseases,endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases.Gallbladder meridian had a high frequency distribution in respiratory diseases,skin and skin diseases,mental and behavioral disorders.The spleen meridian medicine has a high frequency in respiratorydiseases,skin diseases,mental and behavioral disorders.The kidney meridian Chinese medicine has a high distribution in blood and hematopoietic organ diseases and some diseases related to immune mechanism,respiratory diseases and nervous system diseases.The stomach meridian Chinese medicine has a high frequency distribution in eye and appendage diseases,blood and hematopoietic diseases,skin and skin diseases.The Chinese medicine for small intestine has a high frequency distribution in skin and skin diseases,respiratory diseases,mental and behavioral disorders.The heart meridian Chinese medicine has a high frequency of distribution in mental and behavioral disorders,eye and appendage diseases,respiratory diseases,blood and hematopoietic diseases,and some diseases involving immune mechanisms.(3)Through gene enrichment analysis,in molecular function,the liver meridian mainly affects the catalytic activity and antioxidant activity.The Chinese medicine of the heart meridian mainly affects the binding function,the catalytic activity and the antioxidant activity.The spleen meridian mainly affects the catalytic activity and the channel regulation activity,and the lung meridian traditional Chinese medicine mainly affects the antioxidant activity and the channel regulation.The kidney meridian mainly affects the regulation activity and catalytic activity of the channel;the large intestine is mainly influenced by the traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the active function,the catalytic activity function and the binding function;the bladder is mainly influenced by the regulation of the molecular transduction,catalytic activity and enzyme activity,and the drug mainly affects the regulation activity and catalysis of the pathway in the stomach meridian.Activity.In biological process,the liver is mainly influenced by the regulation of the metabolism,signal and stress process of the organism.The heart meridian Chinese medicine mainly affects the cell,signal,stress and the regulation of the multicellular process of the organism;the spleen meridian mainly affects the cell,signal,stress and localization process of the organism;the lung meridian is the master of Chinese medicine.The kidney meridian mainly affects the regulation process of biological signal,cell,metabolism and stress;the large intestine is mainly influenced by the regulation process of signal,cell and stress;the bladder through Chinese medicine mainly affects development,cell,stress,movement,cell proliferation,signal number and multicellular biological process;the Chinese medicine is the traditional Chinese medicine.It mainly affects the regulation activity and catalytic activity of the pathway.(4)The liver traditional medicine related protein has more target distribution in diseases of mental and behavioral disorders,blood and hematopoietic organ,certain disorders involving immune mechanisms;pregnancy,childbirth,and puerperium.The heart related protein targets are mainly focused on diseases of mental and behavioral disorders,certain infectious and parasitic diseases and urogenital diseases;the spleen medicine related proteins are mainly concentrated on endocrine,nutritional and metabolic diseases,and attachment diseases and ear and mastoid diseases;pulmonary medicine related protein mainly concentrates on mental and behavioral disorders,respiratory diseases and circulatory diseases;the proteins of kidney are mainly concentrated on mental and behavioral disorders,eye and appendix and urogenital system diseases;proteins of large intestine are mainly concentrated in diseases of mental and behavioral disorders,diseases of the eye and appendage,and genitourinarysystem diseases;proteins in the bladder mainly focus on diseases of mental and behavioral disorders,pregnancy,childbirth,and puerperium related diseases,diseases of the blood and hematopoietic organs,and certain disorders involving immune mechanisms;Stomach related proteins mainly focus on disorders of mental and behavioral
