Clinical Observation Of Zhigancao Decoction In Treating Heart Palpitations (functional Ventricular Premature Beats) Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose : Through analyzed the clinical efficacy of Zhigancao Decoction,which was treating palpitations(functional ventricular premature complexes)of type Qi and Yin deficiency.And provided strong evidence for the clinical application.Methods:Selected 60 patients,who complied with the test standard,form the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in December 2017 to October 2018.Divided patients into a testgroup and a control group by used the simple and random method,and 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shengmaisan,and the experimental group was treated with Zhigancao Decoction.The medications of two groups were twice a day,which was divided into morning and evening,and taken 200 ml each time.The treatment times were 6 weeks.Observed the number of ventricular premature complexes and the changesof TCM symptom scores.After collated the relevant data,we analyzed its by using SPSS20.0.Results:The test group has a better effect in reducing the ventricular premature complexes and relieving the TCM symptoms,and the difference had statistical significance(All had P<0.05).As well as,Zhigancao Decoction had better effects on palpitations,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,fatigue,spontaneous perspiration or night sweat,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that Zhigancao Decoction has a good effect in the palpitations(functional ventricular premature complexes)of type Qi and Yin deficiency,and not obvious adverse reactions.Zhigancao Decoction can reducing the ventricular premature complexes and relieving the TCM symptoms in some extent,and has benefits to recovery.
