Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Jiajian Xiaofeng Decoction In Treating Subacute Eczema Of Rheumatic-heat Depression

Objective:Clinical study used a randomized,parallel-controlled approach.Objective evaluation was made on the clinical effect of modified Xiaofeng Yin on subacute eczema with rheumatic heat stagnation.To provide the new treatment idea and methods for subacute eczema.Methods:The case study were obtained from subacute eczema patients admitted to the dermatology at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to February 2019.Collected 58 cases of wind dampness heat type subacute eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group included 30 cases,and the control group included 28 cases.The treatment group were treated with modified Xiaofeng Yin,which was an experiential prescription of Professor Yanying,and it included schizonepeta spike,divaricate saposhnikovia root,scutellaria baicalensis,sophora flavescentis,dried radix rehmanniae,tribulus terrestris,burdock,periostracum cicada etc.The control group with Xiaofeng zhiyang granules.The teratment cycle was 14 days.Relevant data were collected before and after treatment,the experimenter according to skin lesions in patients to fill in EASI scale,and the patients filled in the VAS score table according to their itching degree.The time and symptoms of adverse reactions,measures and outcomes were recorded in detail.The patients should visit subsequently in order to complete the experiment.The data collected were analyzed with statistical description,come to a conclusions.Results:There is no significant difference between the treatment group and control group of the comparisons of gender,age,EASI scores,VAS scores before the test(p>0.05),the two groups have comparability.In the comparison of EASI scores,treatment group and control group were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the comparison of VAS scores,treatment group and control group were lower than before treatrment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the contrast of EASI scores and VAS scores,treatment group after treatment were lower than control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In the contrast of difference of EASI scores and VAS scores,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of control group was 64.0%.Result compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).In safety indicators,no adverse reactions related to or possibly related to drugs were found in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Modified Xiaofeng Yin and Xiaofeng zhiyang granules can improve the skin lesions and relieve itching degree with patients of subacute eczema.And the treatment group decreased significantly than control group.This indicate that modified Xiaofeng Yin can better improve the skin lesions and relieve itching degree in patients of subacute eczema.To sum up,modified Xiaofeng Yin has obvious advantages,safe and high application value.
