Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Jiajian Zhengan Xifeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension Grade 1 (hyperactivity Of Liver Yang)

Objective:To discuss clinical safety and effectiveness of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction by obeserving the effect on addition and subtraction Zhengan Xifeng Decoction treating grade-one primary hypertension patients(liver yang ascending pattern),and provide reliable the oretical foundation of traditional chinese medicine treating hypertension.Method:A total of 60 patients who were admitted to the department of cardiology of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2016 toFebruary 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.In which the experimental group was given addition and subtraction Zhengan Xifeng Decoction,the control group taking only Irbesartan tablets(Aprovel),after four weeks of treatment cycles,by observing the changes in blood pressure before and after treatment,compare TCM symptoms score and treatment efficiency,in order to objectively reflect the clinical effect of addition and subtraction Zhengan Xifeng Decoction treatinghypertension of liver yang ascending pattern.Statistical methods were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:The results showed that after 4 weeks of treatment,both groups had a significant effect on the efficacy of hypotension,the systolic and diastolic pressures were significantly reduced,there was a statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the total efficiency of blood pressure reduction(P>0.05).Two groups in improvement of symptoms,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%.,the experimental group was superior to the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were no significant changes in blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function in both groups.Conclusion:1.Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has a good antihypertensive effect on grade-one primary hypertension patients(liver yang ascending pattern),it can control blood pressure within normal range,has a reliable clinical efficacy.2.Zhengan Xifeng Decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of grade-one primary hypertension patients(liver yang ascending pattern).3.Zhengan Xifeng Decoction has good safety.
