Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy With Blade Needle Combined With Sealing

Purpose:By comparing the clinical effect of knife needle combined with closure therapy to intervene CSR with simply using the knife needle therapy or closure therapy,we discussed the clinical effect and safety of knife needle combined with closure therapy in the treatment of CSR.Material and method:From 2016.3 ~ 2017.9 in the affiliated hospital of the liao ning university of traditional Chinese medicine bone ward 105 cases of the patients of CSR,using the random number table method,105 cases of CSR patients were randomly divided into three groups(combined group,knife needle group,closure group),combination group using knife needle combined with closed treatment,knife needle group were using the knife needle treatment,the closure treatment group alone use closed treatment,each group were treated for 3 courses(2 weeks).Three groups of patients were treated on the first day and the last day of treatment,and the third months after treatment.The VAS score,symptom quantification score and curative effect percentage were used to evaluate the curative effect,and professional statisticians were asked to do statistical analysis.Results:Most of 105 CSR patients completed most the clinical reatment,efficacy assessment and appropriate follow-up.5 patients in the group dropped off because of other treatments,and 6 patients fell off due to missed visits.Finally 94 cases were included in the statistical analysis,including 30 cases in the combination group,33 cases in the knife needle group,and 31 cases in the closed group.All 94 patients completed the treatment and follow-up of three groups of patients after treatment compared with before treatment score and efficacy in the VAS score and symptom quantitative evaluation had been significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the combined group compared with the knife needle group and closure group is more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:It is effective,safe and reliable to treat CSR with knife needle combined with closure therapy.It is worthy of extensive promotion and further scientific research.
