Based On The Literature Records, The Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Purpose:To investigate the distribution of high frequency traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute aggravation.Material and method:In CNKI China journal full-text database,a database of ten thousand,chongqing weipu journal full-text database,using the advanced retrieval method in January 1998-December 2017 recorded in the TCM or combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of AECOPD literature retrieval,using Excel2007 software,will eventually be incorporated into the title,the prescription of the literature,data standardization of traditional Chinese medicine,such as information processing and recording,calculation and analysis of the frequency of usage of various drugs and use frequency,extracting high-frequency Chinese medicine in the treatment of AECOPD,analysis on the effect of high frequency drug category,reuse SPSS24.0 software on high-frequency Chinese medicine on factor analysis and cluster analysisResults:First retrieval collected 1718 articles,after further screening were granted 403 articles,187,according to finally get into the discharge standard of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of AECOPD or traditional Chinese and western medicine research literature,collect 193 prescriptions,from overall medications for the treatment of AECOPD can draw with liquorice,pinellia,such as almonds,radix scutellariae,poria cocos,49 high-frequency Chinese medicine.According to the classification of efficacy,it can be divided into 13 categories,including phlegm,cough and asthma medicine,deficiency medicine and heat treatment.Through factor analysis,a total of 18 composition factor,the treatment of cold phlegm: factor 1(dried ginger,asarum,schisandra fruit,cassia twig,dangshen),factor 6(semen raphani,Perilla,white mustard seed)and 7 factors(ginger,jujube,pinellia tuber);Treatment of hot sputum: factor 2(houttuynia,trichosanthes,radix scutellariae,almond,fritillaria),factor 8(mulberry bark,gardenia,coix seed);Factor 9(gallbladder south star,zhishi),factor 13(platycodon,gypsum),factor 17(earth dragon);Treatment of wet phlegm: factor 4(poria cocos,dried tangerine or orange peel,liquorice,atractylodes)treatment to cough and gasp the: factor 3(asters,coltsfoot flower,radix stemonae,ephedra)and factors(semen lepidii,rhizoma ligustici wallichii),12 factors of 14(rhubarb,magnolia officinalis),factor 15(hu);Treatment of qi deficiency: factor 10(yam,fructus aurantii),factor 18(honeysuckle,astragalus);Treatment of Yin deficiency: factor 11(wheat winter,ground yellow);Treatment of Yang deficiency: factor 16(gecko);Treatment of blood stasis: factor 5(peach seed,peony,safflower,angelica,danshen).Conclusion:Through the analysis of frequency frequency of the AECOPD high frequency drugs,it is concluded that the use frequency of phlegm cough medicine,supplemental deficiency and heat treatment is among the best.Through factor analysis,18 component factors were obtained,respectively for phlegm(cold,heat,wet),blood stasis,deficiency(lung and spleen kidney),cough and asthma for treatment.Cold phlegm mainly USES phlegm to cough and cough medicine(lukewarm cold phlegm),warm medicine to take the medicine with the antidote.Hot sputum syndrome is mainly used for phlegm cough and cough medicine.Wet phlegm: main use of water-soaked medicine and medicine.Antiasthmatic syndrome mainly USES phlegm to stop cough and asthma medicine.Deficiency syndrome is mainly used to supplement the deficiency of qi,Yin and Yang.Blood stasis syndrome is mainly used to make blood stasis and supplement deficiency drugs(supplement Yin and blood tonic).
