| Objective:To explore the clinical mechanism of action of B’POSTURE Disc Hydrator in treating lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type by observing the clinical therapeutic effect of B’POSTURE Disc Hydrator in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and to provide clinical ideas and references treatment of lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type with clinical traction therapy.Methods:60 outpatients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type paying medical visits in Orthopedics Department 2 of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the principle of random distribution,so as to ensure that the two groups were comparable without significant statistical difference in gender,age,course of disease,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,lumbar curvature and visual analogue scale(VAS)score before treatment.Based on the basic therapy of microwave therapy conducted to both groups,the treatment group was treated with B’POSTURE Disc Hydrator,and the control group was treated with computer-controlled multifunctional lumbar traction instrument.The symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients were observed on Day 7and Day 14 after treatment respectively,and the JOA scores,VAS scores and Seze lumbar curvature measurement values after treatment were recorded and calculated.Results:1.VAS scores,JOA Scores and Seze lumbar curvature measurement values of the two groups before treatment and 14 days after treatment werecompared within groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of therapies had significant therapeutic effects on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.2.VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were compared within groups,without statistically significant differences(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar effects in relieving lumbar pain.JOA scores and Seze lumbar curvature measurement values after treatment were compared within groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in correcting lumbar curvature and improving clinical symptoms and signs of patients.3.In the treatment group,6 cases were clinically cured,14 cases had marked effects,8 cases had effects and 2 cases had no effects,with a total effective rate of 93.34%.In the control group,1 case was clinically cured,3cases had marked effects,20 cases had effects and 6 cases had no effects,with a total effective rate of 80.00%.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the overall therapeutic effect.Conclusion:It was found through the study that in the process of treating lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,B’POSTURE Disc Hydrator had similar therapeutic effects in relieving lumbar pain with the computer-controlled multifunctional lumbar traction instrument,but is superior to the computer-controlled multifunctional lumbar traction instrument in correcting lumbar curvature and improving clinical symptoms and physiological functions of lumbar,and thus could be further studied and popularized in clinical application. |
