Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe Combined With Acupuncture For Treatment Of Meridian Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In Ischemic Stroke

Purpose:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute syndrome of blood stasis of meridians and collaterals in ischemic stroke.Material and method:A total of 150 patients with acute ischemic stroke(Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type)treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects.According to the randomized principle,150 patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=75)And control group(n=75).The control subjects were given routine western medicine treatment such as cerebral edema,anticoagulation,microcirculation,anti-vasospasm,dilated blood vessels and nutritional brain cells.The observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the study subjects in the control group,Body needles take Taichong,Hong Leong,Sanyinjiao,Yanglingquan,Hegu,Neiguan,Quchi,etc.,the first pin No.28 2.0-inch needle along the Baihui acupuncture points forward through the piercing song,the way to take Ping Buping Diarrhea acupuncture.The Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer(FMA)score,NIHSS score,symptom symptom score,blood lipids,HemorheologyHR etc.were compared between the two groups before and after treatment Changes,at the same time review two groups of subjects ECG,liver and kidney function and other safety indicators,and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of study.Results:1.Comparison of Clinical efficacy in two groups of subjects:The total effective rate was 89%in the observation group and 77%in the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ~2=6.67,P=0.012)。8.Security testing:After treatment,the safety indexes of electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function in two groups of patients were reviewed.No significant abnormal changes were observed in the two groups,which indicated that the safety of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with acupuncture was better.2.Comparison of scores of activities of daily living in two groups of subjects:After treatment,MBI scores of observation group and control group were significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,both P<0.05.3.Comparison of subjects FMA scale score in two groups of subjects:After treatment,the FMA scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,both P<0.05.4.Comparison of NIHSS scores in two groups of subjects:After treatment,NIHSS scores in observation group and control group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,both P<0.05.5.Comparison of TCM syndrome symptom score in two groups of subjects:After treatment,the observation group and control group,the subjects of hemiplegia,partial numbness,tongue skew,pale yellow,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath,tongue,pulse and other symptoms were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group Of hemiplegia,partial numbness,pale yellow,sweating,shortness of breath,tongue and other symptoms were significantly lower than the control group,both P<0.05.6.Comparison of Blood lipids in two groups of subjects:After treatment,triglyceride and cholesterol in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and HDL was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).7.Comparison of Hemorheology in two groups of subjects:After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,fibrinogen,platelet Aggregation rate was significantly lower than the control group,both P<0.05.Conclusion:In patients with acute cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)in patients with Yiqihuoxue Fang acupuncture treatment,can effectively improve the patient’s daily living activity and neurological deficit,and can effectively reduce the patient’s blood lipid levels and improve the patient’s Hemorheology indicators,significant clinical efficacy,high safety,has a very important clinical significance.
