Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Runzao Decoction In Treating 30 Cases Of Sjogren's Syndrome With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Purpose:The clinical curative effect of "moistenning dryness formula" was observed after the treatment of "moistenning dryness formula" in the treatment of the symptoms of "moistenning dryness formula".Material and method:In this study,we fit into 30 patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome,Making a comparison between the front and the back,30 subjects were given the Chinese medicine "moistenning dryness formula",and the accompanying symptoms were added and reduced according to their accompanying symptoms.The treatment time of 1 months,taking the medication for evaluation respectively,before and after the reatmemt.Follow up at every evaluation point.Conduct VAS score of Chinese medicine eye dry symptom,eye dry,Chinese medicine dry mouth symptom and dry mouth.And observe the skin,nasal dryness,fatigue and other symptoms;before and after the treatment,make a laboratory examination.Including Schirmer test(eye filter test),routine blood test,urine routine,ECT,liver function(AST,ALT),renal function(Cr,BUN),rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Statistical analysis was made on the data obtained from the evaluation points and the results of the laboratory examination before and after the medication,To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the moistenning dryness formula in the treatment of primary dry syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency.Results: 1.After 1 months’ treatment of “moistenning dryness formula” the total effective rate of dry eye symptom score and dry eye VAS score were 96.67% and 100%,respectively.the total effective rate of dry mouth symptom and the VAS score of dry mouth were 93.33% and 100% respectively.2.After 1 months’ treatment of “moistenning dryness formula”,the total effective rate of constipation,joint pain,dry skin and nasal cavity were 96.67%,100%,96.67%,90%,respectively.3.After 1 months’ treatment of “moistenning dryness formula”,there was no obvious effect on routine blood test,urine routine,liver function,renal function and ECT in patients with Qi and yin deficiency type of primary Sjogren syndrome.Conclusion: 1.Moistening dryness formula can relieve the symptoms of dry eyes in patients with Qi and yin deficiency type primary Sjogren syndrome.2.Moistening dryness formula can improve the dry condition of the skin and nasal cavity of the patients with Qi and yin deficiency type primary Sjogren syndrome,and relieve the symptoms of constipation.3.Moistening dryness formula is safe and effective in short term,and no toxic side effects and other obvious adverse events have been found.
