Research On The Conditions For Green Processing Of Yanhusuo

As one of the “Zheba Flavor”,Chinese herbal medicine Corydalis yanhusuo has good curative effect when it is applied to the clinical system.It acts on the central nervous system,cardiovascular and endocrine system and has antibacterial and antitumor effects.Alkaloid is its active ingredient.Among them,the analgesic effect of tetrahydropalmatine is the best.Regarding the cultivation of Corydalis,it is necessary to pay attention to the selecte land,planting time,planting methods,field management,fertilization,disease prevention etc.There are many different drying methods.which have different effects on the content of active ingredients of Corydalis.and many methods for processing Corydalis.which will affect the chemical composition,medicinal properties and pharmacology of Corydalis and reasonable processing can improve the curative effect of Corydalis.The processing method selected in this experiment includes vinegar steaming,vinegar baking,wine cellar,and wine cooking.Detection of active ingredients 1.Chemical composition as a traditional preparation and quality control index;2.Fingerprint method to determine multiple indicators by establishing fingerprints.(1)Through four kinds of processing methods,vinegar steaming,vinegar baking,wine cellar and wine cooking,the method of concoction is carried out.Firstly,a single factor experiment is established,and then orthogonal experiment is established.The original opioid and berberine hydrochloride are determined by HPLC.The content of palmatine hydrochloride,berberine hydrochloride,dehydroproline,and tetrahydropalmatine showed that the processing could effectively improve the active ingredients in Corydalis,and the reasonable processing technology could further improve the content of active ingredients in Corydalis.(2)Processing is one of the links in the increase of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines.The research on the relationship between processing and heavy metals is still scarce.In this experiment,the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry for inorganic elements Cd,Cr,Zn,Pb and Cu in the fusiforms after processing is processed.The method was determined separately,and the content of each element after processing was not exceeded,Pb≤5mg/kg,Cd≤0.3mg/kg,Cu≤20mg/kg,in line with the “People’s Republic of China foreign trade and economic industry standard medicinal plants and preparations import and export green Industry Standards,but the content of heavy metal elements changed before andafter processing,changing any of the processing factors will affect the content of each element.(3)Planting and planting different provenances of Yanhusu,including Daede(DD),Zhejiang(ZJ),Jiangsu(JS),Anhui(AH),and Shaanxi(SX),with the yield per plant,increasing yield,and drying rate.In other places,comparing the yield of single plants,the large stems > medium > small,indicating that planting large stems can increase the yield per plant,by comparing the dry,the rate of planting can be selected5-6cm,followed by 9-10 cm,The best time is mid-September.The total alkaloid content of Corydalis yanhusuo is used as an indicator.The alkaloid content is determined by HPLC.The planting depth is 5-8cm,and the planting time is from mid-September to mid-October.(4)The nine provenances of Yanhusuo were treated by drying and boiling,respectively: Hanzhong(HZ),Anhui Wuhu(WH),Incheon(RC),Guzhu(GZ),and Guojia(GJ).,Dongyang(DY),Dade(DD),Shanghu(SH),Jiangsu Nantong(NT),Corydalis,with the content of tetrahydropalmatine as an indicator,its content was determined by HPLC,dried> boiled.Among them,the total content of incheon alkaloids reached 3.6888 mg.g-1,which also indicated that the region would affect the alkaloid content in Corydalis yanhusuo.(5)Eight kinds of drying methods were used to treat the tuber of the same provenance,and the total content of the alkaloids was determined by HPLC method.It was found that different drying methods would affect the content of active ingredients in Chinese herbal medicines.The dry-dry method is the traditional drying method but contains the highest total alkaloid content,indicating that the rise of the new method does not mean that the traditional method is abandoned.
