Literature Analysis And Regular Summary Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Neuralgia After Herpes Zoster

Purpose: Through searching the relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of PHN is verified,and the advantages of acupuncture in clinical treatment of PHN and the application rules of clinical acupuncture treatment of PHN are obtained,so as to further guide clinical treatment.Method:Search method: Two data evaluators jointly developed a preliminary search(the subject word = postherpetic neuralgia or PHN)"AND"(keyword = acupuncture or acupuncture),respectively,to search the Chinese biomedical literature database online version(CBM),China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Chongqing Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP),PubMed and Cochrane Library.Meta analysis ideas: After statistical data,meta-analysis was conducted using Revman5.3 software.The literatures were evaluated by two data evaluators according to the bias risk evaluation tools of Cochrane Collaboration Network.This study mainly evaluates and analyzes the clinical cure cases and effective cases of PHN treated by acupuncture,the data of average and standard deviation before and after treatment,VAS pain score,sleep score,depression score,etc.The obtained data are analyzed and compared through odds radio(OR),mean difference(MD),standard mean difference(SMD)and statistic P value,etc.,and meta-analysis conclusion is drawn.By using Excel table,the frequency and frequency statistics of acupuncture points,meridians and collaterals were carried out on the clinical observation literature on acupuncture treatment of PHN in the past 10 years,and the general acupuncture rule conclusion was obtained.Results:1.Meta analysis research1.1 In the study of the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of PHN,the totaleffective rate of acupuncture treatment of PHN is higher than that of western medicine alone;the effective rate of acupuncture combined with oral medication is higher than that of oral medication alone.1.2 Acupuncture in PHN analgesic research shows that simple acupuncture or combined western medicine is better than simple oral or external western medicine.Electroacupuncture,warm acupuncture combined with plum-blossom needle tapping,fire needle,triangular needle combined with plum-blossom needle tapping and bloodletting have better analgesic effect than western medicine alone.However,the analgesic effect of buried needle,floating needle and shallow needle in PHN treatment is not exact enough,which needs clinical verification.Standard mean difference among treatments: SMD(triangular needle+plum blossom needle)< SMD(fire needle)< SMD(warm acupuncture+plum blossom needle)< SMD(common acupuncture)< SMD(electroacupuncture)1.3 In the study of the effect of acupuncture on the sleep of patients with PHN,it can be seen that the therapeutic effect of embedding acupuncture combined with western medicine,common encircling needling combined with western medicine,triangular needle combined with plum blossom needling collateral bloodletting therapy is better than that of applying western medicine alone in improving sleep of patients with PHN,and standard mean difference between treatments: SMD(embedding needle)> SMD(triangular needle+plum blossom needle)> SMD(common encircling needling).1.4 Acupuncture treatment of PHN on the impact of patients with depression,we can see that the combination of needle and Western medicine treatment,the effect of improving patients' depression is stronger than the simple application of Western medicine.In the study of the effect of acupuncture on patients' anxiety,it can be seen that the common acupuncture treatment is better than the control group in reducing the anxiety of the patients.1.5 In the study on the effect of acupuncture treatment of PHN on SF-MPQ score,it can be seen that ordinary acupuncture,triangular needle combined with plum blossom needle and floating needle can reduce SF-MPQ score and is superior to westernmedicine alone.The effect of warm acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle tapping on reducing SF-MPQ integral still needs further study.2.Study on acupuncture law2.1 The top ten acupoints in the frequency of acupuncture are Ashi,Jiaji,Zusanli,Taichong,Hegu,Quchi,Beishu,Yanglingquan,Sanyinjiao and Zhigou.2.2 In the application of acupuncture at main points,the application frequency of Dachang Meridian is the highest,followed by Spleen Meridian and Stomach Meridian.2.3In the study of acupoint allocation,head,face and neck: Hegu is used most frequently,and meridian points of upper limbs and head and face are mostly used in combination with main points for treatment.Chest,hypochondrium and back: the application rate of collateral channel is the highest,and the application rate of liver meridian,gallbladder meridian and triple energizer meridian points combined with main points is higher.Waist,abdomen and back: Yanglingquan,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao have high application rate;Limbs: Upper limbs are mostly distributed at acupoints of upper limbs by Hegu,Quchi,Waiguan and Jianjing,while lower limbs are mostly distributed at acupoints of lower limbs by Yanglingquan,Zusanli and Taichong.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture has high effective rate for PHN treatment.Three-edged needle combined with plum-blossom needle has the strongest analgesic effect.Embedding needles can improve sleep and mental depression of patients.General acupuncture therapy can relieve anxiety of PHN patients.Ordinary acupuncture,triangular needle combined with plum blossom needle and floating needle can reduce SF-MPQ score of PHN patients.2.Ashi point and Jiaji point are the main acupuncture points most frequently used.The most frequently used acupoints are Dachang Meridian,followed by Spleen Meridian and Stomach Meridian.Head,face and neck: Hegu is the most commonly used acupoints,most of which are meridian acupoints of upper limbs and head and face.Chest,hypochondrium and back: Zhigou has the highest application rate,while liver meridian,gallbladder meridian and triple energizer meridian have the highest application rate.Waist,abdomen and back: Yanglingquan,Zusanli and Sanyinjiaohave high application rate;Limbs: Upper limbs are mostly applied to acupoints of upper limbs and lower limbs are mostly applied to acupoints of lower limbs.
