Purpose:Through the application of data mining method,this paper analyzes the syndrome and treatment characteristics of professor wang xuefeng in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children,in order to explore the rule of its differentiation and treatment,and to inherit.Material and method : Children with refractory nephrotic syndrome diagnosed in professor wang xuefeng’s outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2014 to December 2018 were collected.General information,medical history,prescription and medication were recorded.Microsoft Office Excel 2013 PivotTable was used to calculate the symptoms and signs,distribution of syndrome types and drug use of the children in the hormone induction stage,consolidation and maintenance stage and different stages after drug withdrawal.SPSS Statistics 20.0 software was used to cluster the drugs with frequency of >50 and observe the clinical efficacy of the children,so as to explore the rule of differentiation and treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children treated by professor wang xuefeng.Results:1.Syndrome: this disease is a mixture of deficiency and solid.In the induction stage,night sweats,impatience,irritability,constipation,hand-foot-heart heat,tongue red and little moss and other Yin deficiency and fire syndrome were the main syndromes,and combined with damp-heat syndrome.In the stage of consolidation and maintenance,the main syndromes are qi and Yin deficiency,such as spontaneous sweating,night sweats,fatigue,impatience and irritability,red tongue moss and white and thick greasy tongue,lung and spleen qi deficiency,and the syndromes of blood stasis and dampness and heat.After discontinuation of the drug,the main syndromes of lung qi deficiency,such as sodium retention,spontaneous sweating,nasal congestion,runny nose,fatigue,loose stools and so on,were combined with external sensation syndrome.2.Prescription medication: 132 traditional Chinese medicines were used in 988 times of diagnosis,a total of 13,679 times.Tonic drugs,astringent drugs,heat-clearing drugs,hydrolytic and hygroscopic drugs,xiaoshi drugs,qi-regulating drugs and blood-activating and blood-stasis drugs are the main drugs for clinical differentiation and treatment of professor wang.In the induction stage,radix scutellariae,radix ophiopogonis,radix scutellariae,radix notoginseng and anemarrhenae were mainly used.In the consolidation and maintenance stage,poria cocos,astragalus membranaceus,Gordon uryale,caramelization and yam are the main ingredients.After stopping the medicine,Chen PI,citron,paunch skin,burnt hawthorn and chuanxiong were the main ingredients.3.cluster analysis: six pairs of commonly used drugs and seven groups of commonly used drug combinations were obtained from professor wang’s treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children.4.Professor wang xuefeng has a significant therapeutic effect on refractory nephrotic syndrome in children,with a total effective rate of 96.97%.Conclusion:1.the symptoms,signs and syndromes changed dynamically with the amount of hormone.2.professor wang’s idea of clinical differentiation and treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children is to strengthen the vital energy and dispel pathogenic factors,and to attack and repair.Fuzheng guben-based,remove the label of the auxiliary,with the addition and subtraction of syndrome.
