Based On Data Mining To Study The Medication Rule Of Professor Wang Weiming In The Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective Based on the medical records of Professor Wang Weiming’s diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D),and based on the data statistical mining technology,the prescription of Professor Wang Weiming’s diagnosis and treatment of IBS-D is integrated,summarized and analyzed to explore the medication law of Professor Wang’s treatment of IBS-D,so as to better inherit and carry forward Professor Wang’s clinical experience.Methods Using the research method of data statistical mining technology,according to the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria,sort out the IBS-D medical records,analyze the processed data with IBM SPSS 23.0 software,and form Professor Wang’s IBS-D medical records structured database.Using data statistical mining technology,this paper summarizes Professor Wang’s common syndrome differentiation ideas for diagnosis and treatment of IBS-D,main diseases and syndromes of IBS-D,medication characteristics,correlation laws,etc.Finally,the results of statistical mining are compared with the research results of previous traditional theoretical research methods for professional analysis.Results1.In this study,a total of 171 cases of IBS-D diagnosis and treatment by Professor Wang were screened,and a total of 138 Chinese medicines were obtained,among which 14 medicines with a frequency of more than 30% were used,among which the core drugs were fried Atractylodes atractylodes,Poria coix seed,paeonia alba,tangerine peel,Codonopsis codonopsis,parnishes,pinellia pinellia,Yam,coptis chinensis,Bupleurum chinense and Amomum amomum.2.According to the classification of efficacy,it can be divided into23 categories,among which drugs for replenishing qi,improving water infiltration and dampness,regulating qi and relieving the surface ranked the top four in the number of drugs involved.The top five drugs in the frequency of meridian use were spleen,lung,stomach,liver and kidney.The medicinal property is mainly warm and flat,and the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.3.The main syndrome results of IBS-D are: liver qi by spleen syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness and heat syndrome.4.Based on the analysis and statistical mining of frequency statistics and association rules,it is concluded that there are 3 pairs of commonly used drugs and 5 combinations of commonly used drugs for the diagnosis and treatment of IBS-D by Professor Wang.Conclusion1.For the treatment of IBS-D,professor Wang proposed the following treatment principles :(1)invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,eliminating dampness and stopping diarrhea;(2)Soothe the liver and regulate qi,suppress trees and help soil;(3)Heat and humidity,lift qingyang.2.Professor Wang’s core drugs are: fried Atractylodes atractylodes,Poria coix seed,paeony root,tangerine peel,Codonopsis pilosula,parnips,pinellia ternata,Chinese yam,coptis chinensis,Bupleurum chinense and Amomum amomum.The main medicinal properties of the drug are warm,flat and cold,the main taste of the drug is sweet,bitter and spicy,and the main meridian is spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian,liver meridian and kidney meridian.Common drugs are: filling qi medicine,water infiltration wet medicine,qi medicine and solution.3.Common drug pairs: Bupleur-paeony,Bupleur-pinellia ternata,Amomum seed-fried Coix seed,etc.4.Commonly used drug combinations:(1)tangerine peel,paeony root,parsnip,fried atractylodes macrocephala;(2)Dangshen,fried coix seed,fried Atractylodes macrocephala and Tuckahoe;(3)Amur seed,euryale seed,lotus seed,fried white lentil,yam;(4)Xylem,Rhizoma coptidis,Atractylodes atractylodes,Aurantii Trifoliate aurantii,Fructus aurantii;(5)Pueraria root,Scutellaria baicalensis,Stir-fried malt,chicken gold,Perylum,bamboo shau,Cuttlebone,Zhejiang Scallop,Baiji.
