A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Plasma Cell Mastitis With Stagnation Of Heat In The Liver Channel By The Method Of Soothing The Liver And Venting Heat

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of self-prepared prescriptions in the treatment of hepatic stagnation syndrome,and to observe its safety.Material and method:The selected 60 cases were from the General Hospital of the Northern Theater and the General Surgery of the Peace Hospital(Breast Surgery).The patients who met the admission criteria in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The principle of randomness was 30 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with Western medicine,such as external application of boric acid solution,local physiotherapy.In addition to conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with self-prepared oral therapy.Take 2 weeks as a course of treatment and treat 2 courses.After the treatment of 2 courses of treatment,the symptoms,signs,TCM symptom scores,whole blood and biochemical tests,and the performance of breast color ultrasound in different periods were compared.Results:The symptoms,signs,TCM syndrome scores and laboratory test results of the two groups were better than before treatment.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group and statistically significant(p<0.05).According to the criteria of diagnosis and treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.4% and 73.3%,respectively,which were statistically significant(p<0.05),the treatment composition was 10%,and the control composition was 33%.The number was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the self-prepared formula used in this study has a good effect on the disease,can reduce the formation of breast abscess,and avoid puncture and surgery to some extent.In terms of safety,the whole blood and biochemical test indicators before and after treatment were within the normal range,and there was no statistical difference(p>0.05),which proved that the treatment group had better safety in this test and could be clinically promoted.application.Conclusion : 1.Conventional Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine self-made prescription for plasma cell mastitis can reduce breast pain in patients with plasma cell mastitis,reduce breast breast range,less nipple discharge,can significantly improve clinical efficacy,suitable for clinical application.2.Self-made prescription combined with Western medicine can improve the symptoms of liver stagnation syndrome.3.The self-prepared party has better security in the current test.
